The house is located on top of a hill, in a quiet area called La Suiza Española, overlooking beautiful mountains and bucolic valleys under which the unique village of Robledo de Chavela hides.

On the ground floor we find two adjoining rooms, one of 70m2 and another of 45m2. The main one is very spacious, with comfortable sofas and television. Robledo de Chavela is a municipality in Madrid that preserves the flavor of a traditional town but with all the services (supermarkets, cinemas, shops, restaurants, medical center, train station). It is located in an area of great natural beauty between the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Sierra de Gredos, just 15 km from San Lorenzo de El Escorial (World Heritage Site). Its privileged situation makes it the ideal starting point to get to know Madrid, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo, since it is right in the center of all of them and within walking distance of each one. It is very visited mainly by its nature, with corners and paths ideal both to enjoy a quiet day in the countryside and to make long excursions on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. The observation of birds (imperial eagles, hawks, black vultures ...), is another activity highly appreciated for being classified as a ZEPA zone (Special Bird Protection Zone). Other attractions are its Gothic church of the fifteenth century, with its altarpiece and its unprecedented dragon paintings or the NASA space station, unique in Europe, which can be visited.
