About this cottage rental
It’s surprising that such a unique space, so full of peace and harmony, can be found just 55 km from Madrid and 60 km from Toledo. The house is rented out in its entirety, accommodating up to 20 people. NOT SUITABLE FOR NOISY PARTIES.
A beautiful house in the purest Eastern style, with multiple rooms and spaces that transport you to a tale from Scheherazade’s *One Thousand and One Nights*.
Spaces that can be used as lounges during the day or sleeping quarters at night, in the style of oriental serralos.
The house has a total capacity of up to 20 people, a garden, a pool, and 3 separate floors:
The top floor features three double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. It also has a terrace with the best view of the house.
The first floor consists of a bathroom and kitchen, a living room with two sofas, a single bed, and two Turkish beds measuring 3.50 by 2 meters, each with a capacity for five people.
The largest room is in a separate building, with a bathroom, ideal for large gatherings and with the capacity to sleep three people.
Out of respect for the neighbors, no loud outdoor celebrations are allowed after midnight.
Perched atop a hill with spectacular views of the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Sierra de Gredos. This land once belonged to Alfonso Güell, the current Marquis of Comillas and the Marquis of Griñón; you can still see his palace in the distance.

Currently, it has various public services, including a public school called Ribera del Alberche, a pharmacy, a supermarket, hair salons, a church, a medical center, a recreation center, a churreria, and the Plaza de Toros, used for Calalberche’s various festivities as well as for its own celebrations. It also has several bars, restaurants, nightclubs, sports fields, a recycling center, real estate agencies, and various construction companies.
On Sundays, the Mercadillo is usually set up along the river; that’s the day when people from the surrounding towns come to do their shopping.

Fuimos con la idea de que podía no ser tan bonita como en las fotos y os digo que para nada, esas fotos no le hacen justicia, una casa preciosa con muchos rincones para disfrutar de las vistas. Repetiremos seguro!

Mis amigos y os hemos pasado un finde que jamás olvidaremos! La casa está ambientada de forma espectacular, la zona exterior es increíble para pasar el día en la piscina y de barbacoa. 100% recomendable!! El trato con Héctor, el dueño, fue muy bueno.

Estuvimos el fin de semana entre amigos, el dueño estuvo pendiente previamente y durante la estancia de cualquier necesidad, la reserva se confirmó con tiempo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.
La casa te traslada a un sitio diferente, hay cosas que se pueden mejorar pero que realmente valen la pena, el paisaje que te ofrece la casa, la decoración, tienes un sitio acondicionado con zonas comunes amplias ideal para grupos para tomar algo, escuchar música y es insonorizado. Hay tres habitaciones independientes, pero si no tienes problema en compartir sitio las camas turcas son bastante cómodas. El jardín es maravilloso puedes tener la suerte de encontrarte con diferente flora y fauna e incluso algún gatito.
En definitiva si buscas una experiencia diferente te la recomiendo.

La casa preciosa y el jardín espectacular. Hemos estamos un grupo de amigos con niños y lo hemos pasado genial, como siempre que estamos juntos, estemos donde estemos ...
Hasta aquí todo perfecto si no fuera por:
- calefacción estaba rota e intentaron repararla el mismo día que entrábamos pero el técnico no dijo que para la reparación hacía falta una pieza que no llegaría hasta días después.Llamé al dueño para informarle y nos llevó un par de estufas que no calentaron los suficiente todas las zonas de la casa, sobre todo por la noche que bajó bastante la temperatura (por el día tuvimos suerte, nos hizo unos días muy buenos).
- una de las 3 duchas de la casa, no funcionaba - en los baños olor a humedad y moho
- la ropa de cama no fue suficiente (camas turcas) aunque las sacamos del mueble que el dueño nos indicó, Había varias mantas, pero aún así los niños pasaron frío por la noche
- en general un estado de la casa abandonado en muchos aspectos.
Insisto, el jardín ... una maravilla. Si la casa estuviera mas cuidada, sería perfecta
