About this farm stay rental
The Coetta room thanks to its classic style, with beamed ceiling and lacquered style furniture will welcome you in a relaxing environment, from the windows you can admire the surrounding countryside.
The room can be used as a normal room with breakfast or for a minimum stay of three nights also with a kitchenette and refrigerator, for guests who, for personal needs and flexible schedules, prefer to cook their own meals in complete autonomy.
The apartment formula does not include breakfast and in addition to the daily price € 10.00 per night for the use of the kitchen and for final cleaning 10% of the total price of the reservation will be requested, in addition a deposit of € 150.00 which will be refunded on departure if everything is as found.
