IN MARINA DI TERTENIA, "PAVONCELLA 2" is a portion of a SEA-FRONT semi-detached house with a beautiful view. Just cross the road to reach the beautiful coves below, ideal for a peaceful swim or for fishing and snorkelling activities.
Very convenient location also for reaching the sandy beach of Foxi Manna with very shallow waters.
Foxi Manna beach is about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot with a few minutes' walk.
The PAVONCELLA 2 villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants such as large olive trees, mastic trees, cistus... and vineyards.
The PAVONCELLA 2 house is on 2 levels. On the ground floor with kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom.
upstairs (accessible via staircase) master bedroom with beautiful sea view with 1 double bed and a single bed. Outside, a panoramic veranda overlooking the sea equipped for outdoor lunches and relaxation. The house equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, TV, etc.) also has private parking, outdoor shower and barbecue. “La Pavoncella 2” is suitable for those looking for a holiday away from mass tourism and immersed in uncontaminated nature.
Upon arrival there will be a welcome breakfast kit and beauty kit.
Villetta PAVANCELLA 2 also offers a waste disposal service.

Die Lage des Hauses ist paradiesisch. Meerblick und Meeresrauschen, einfach wunderbar entspannend. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und die Veranda ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Die unglaublich herzliche Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns da und versorgte uns mit ihren selbstgemachten sardinischen Spezialitäten, Gemüse aus ihrem Garten und Eiern ihrer Hühner. Sie war sehr fürsorglich, aber niemals aufdringlich.
Der Strand ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Eine Bucht mit feinem Sandstrand, Restaurant und Schirmen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely week between Christmas and New Year at this lovely property on the coast. Our host Tina was amazing and made sure we were comfortable and updated on any interesting activities. The house is on a quiet spot adjacent to the beach, and close enough to amenities. Great base to explore the Supramonte.

Das Haus ist wie abgebildet liebevoll eingerichtet und mit direktem Strandblick von der Terrasse Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer.
Die Gartendusche ist Senstationell!!!
Herzlicher Empfang mit Gebäck und kaltgestelltem Wasser....vielen Dank dafür :-)
Wir wurden mit leckeren frischen Tomaten und Weintrauben aus dem Garten der liebsten Vermieterin versorgt.
Sie hat Sandspielzeug und Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorbereitet und es waren Eisakkus für die Kühltasche vor Ort.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage was goldwert war.
Liebe Maria ....vielen lieben Dank für dieses wunderbare Urlaubszuhause.
