Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located in a tourist resort in Marina di Tertenia, overlooking the picturesque rocky coastline of Abba Urci, just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Foxi Manna, Villa Agasi offers a poolside stay, with a shared pool (available from May 15 to October 15) and free access to the soccer field, tennis court, beach tennis court, beach volleyball court, and bocce court.
The area is ideal for families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation, immerse themselves in the local culture, and be surrounded by nature and good food. You can visit beautiful, unspoiled coves and go on hiking trails with breathtaking views. About 30 km away are the Ulassai Mountains, home to the famous “Su Marmuri” caves and waterfalls.
The house features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double bed if needed). The bedroom also includes a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, a table with 6 chairs, a 39-inch satellite TV, and a sofa. Outside, there is a beautiful veranda furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs, along with a private garden featuring an outdoor hot-water shower and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and the stunning view of the sea and mountains of Marina di Tertenia; the pool is just a few meters away. The house also comes equipped with beach and pool loungers and umbrellas.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, the garden, the parking lot, and the pool, which is shared with three other units.

Guests are informed that upon arrival at the property, they must present their identification and pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night in cash, for a maximum of 7 nights—which is mandatory for stays from May 1 through October 31—as well as pay 70 euros in cash for final cleaning fees.
