Beautiful well maintained villa, located 300 meters from the crystal-clear sea of Sardinia, the Marina di Cardedu; comprising: large living room, living room with kitchenette, 3 large and comfortable rooms, two bathrooms (with caduno shower) and a closet. While outside (700 meters square garden) is available for an additional outdoor shower, parking and barbecue for your evenings outdoors. The resort is a half high demand by seeking peace, relaxation, beautiful beaches and nature lovers .....

We had a very lovely stay at this house. Everything was well maintaned and comfortable. We were 5 adults and 2 kids and it was enough space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The best thing about this house is the walking distance to the sea (2 min) and the very modern and powerful aircondition, which we are not used to in Germany and enjoyed a lot during the nights. The owner and his mother are very nice and helped with everythning we needed. I can recommend this house 100 % and we would really love to come back one day.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer super Lage zum Strand. Ein idealer Ort für Grosseltern, Kinder und Enkel. Es ist alle vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und in den Bergen (Monte Arista, Monte Cartucceddu). Auch die anderen Strände in der Nähe (v.a. Spiaggia Su Sirboni ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) sind wunderschön.

Absolut empfehlenswert die Unterkunft. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr netter Empfang und ein toller Service. Der Kühlschrank war mit gekühlten Getränken gefüllt und es gab einen Präsentkorb zur Begrüßung. Toll , einfach nur Toll. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, klasse.
Außerdem wurde mir, nachdem ich einen Motorradunfall hatte, sehr dadurch geholfen das man mich zum Flughafen gefahren hat. Danke nochmals.
