About this villa rental
Single house located less than 300m far from the beach of Perdepera, consisting of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The three bedrooms are arranged as follows: a first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third double bedroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is composed of 5 comfortable hobs, fridge, oven, microwave, American coffee machine and toaster.
There is a washing machine, iron, television and linen available.
Outside you will find a garden of about 600 square meters with a veranda including a table and chairs where you can eat, a comfortable barbecue, an outdoor shower and a wide parking area for cars.
Perdepera beach is just 2 minutes’ walk from the house and is composed, as you can see from the pics, from sand.
Behind the house there is a large hilly area that will allow you, if you feel like it, to take wonderful walks.
Within 20 km you can find many other beaches such as "Su Sirboni", "the spiaggetta", "coccorrocci beach" or the beautiful beach of "Cea".
The nearest village, where you can find several supermarkets, is Cardedu which is about 5 km away, on the road to Cardedu you will find some kiosks selling fruit and vegetables produced by local farmers
At 10 km from the house you find the village of Barisardo, Tortoli at 15 km and Arbatax at 18 km.
From the Arbatax port different boats and ferries are headed to visit the protected marine area with the beaches of "Cala Goloritze", "Cala Luna", "Cala Mariolu", "Cala Sisine" and visit the "cave of the Bue Marino".

Lovely villa with good sized garden. Hosts were very welcoming and son of owners very helpful in providing info (in English) re places to go. House is very well situated - very short walk to beach with good waves. Lovely walk from the house up into the woods with caves and up through to top of hill. Lovely restaurant also walkable from house. Easy access by car to bigger towns and wide number of beaches. Stunning caves at Grotto Su Marmuri and also an amazing experience visiting Grotto Taquisara. These caves are tricky to find (up the hill with small brown and blue signs) and with limited opening but we were treated to a personalised tour of the caves.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks In Pauli’s house. It is very spacious and comfortable with a large veranda and attractive garden. Paulo and Alessandro were very helpful. The location is perfect. Literally 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, with other fabulous coves and beaches a mile or so up the road. Close to mountains with their interesting old towns. You really could not ask for more. We strongly recommend this property.
