About this house rental

This 2-level 2,350 sq. ft. four-bedroom home is the only featured home we have in Caldera Springs. Guests staying in this home can enjoy the benefits of being in Caldera Springs! Rental guests will have access to all of the exceptional Caldera Springs Owners' Association owned amenities that the community has to offer, including use of the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lake, fishing, paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball court (The Forest House Aquatic Center and other Sunriver Resort owned amenities are not included). If you want to get outside and go for a nice walk or a quick ride. You can snag one or a couple of the bikes that are provided for you in the 2 car garage or rent more bikes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rental at the Caldera Springs Lake House. They have a small selection of men's and women's cruiser bikes to enjoy the wonders that make this community a true hidden gem. Or head to Sunriver and rent bikes in the Sunriver Village and enjoy the 30+ miles of bike paths. Golf can be played at Quail Run in La Pine or Lost Tracks or Widigi Creek in Bend.
After a fun day of play, you can kick your feet up in front of the gas fireplace and watch the snowfall from the floor to ceiling windows in the winter or enjoy the cool A/C while your loved ones start up the grill just outside the window.
Level 1:
Primary Bedroom:
The downstairs primary bedroom has a super king bed, with a flat-screen TV, a sliding glass door that leads out to the in-ground hot tub, and an en suite bath.
Bedrooms 2 and 3:
The downstairs queen bedrooms to the left and right both feature a flat-screen TV in the rooms and beautiful natural lighting. These bedrooms share a Full hall bath with two sinks.
Also downstairs is the Half Bath.
Kitchen:
Natural wood and stainless steel kitchen give you the feel of a forest escape with the helpful amenities of the 21st century.
Dining:
Serve breakfast or a cup of coffee at the rustic bar top featuring four stools or dinner at the large wooden dining table with a great view.
Living:
The spacious living room featuring leather couches and recliner is the perfect place to spend time with family.
Level 2:
The upstairs loft features a private bathroom, with a flat-screen TV and 2 full over full bunk beds, that include attached trundles, make it the ideal kids room.
Parking:
Caldera Springs allows for FOUR vehicles in the driveway and two more can be in the garage.
Pet Policy:
This home does not allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.
After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
Smoking policy:

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.

We had never been to Caldera Springs before, and we loved it! This was a great house and it would be a great stay for a larger group. It has a great upscale cabiney feel to it, the kitchen had everything you could Possibly need and the hot tub is so convenient.

The house felt only lightly cleaned. Bathroom rugs were stained, junk and dust found under the living room sofa (by children looking for something they dropped,

Overall, a good value and a very nice property.
Location is terrific as we have always loved Caldera Springs. Only onsite issues were with the HVAC system (too cold in some rooms, too hot in others), couple of problems with the hot tub (breaker tripping at times) and a couple of bikes needing some repairs. Also, disappointed rental did not grant access to the new Forest House.
Other than that, would highly recommend and likely to return.
