Situated close to a village Mall, lodge, and tennis courts, this four-bedroom vacation home can accommodate up to 10 guests. A king bed, two queen beds, and two sets of bunk beds are provided.
The 1,764-square-foot rental welcomes only one pet (must weigh less than 20 pounds). Many amenities are provided, including a CD stereo, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and gas barbecue. Keep your vehicle in the double garage, watch shows and movies on one of the four TVs (VCRs and DVD players are also supplied), and make use of the 4 bikes. The two-level home also has a highchair.
Ensure a memorable vacation by visiting Benham Falls, going fishing, and trying out snowshoeing.

The house had what had been described. Unfortunately, there were issues in the two downstairs bedrooms. The queen bed was so uncomfortable that the person had to use the living room couch.

Great location for access to The Village and paths to Sharc, airport loop etc. House layout was perfect for family holiday visit. Kitchen supplies could use some replacement or additions but overall acceptable.

The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

After coming to Sunriver for over 35 years and rental multiple houses, this was a new location for us which we enjoyed. Being close to the Village and the Lodge was great with young kids for riding bikes and not having to go far. However, the house was very "tired" and definitely needs some repairs. The back deck is falling apart and seems to be a safety concern. All of the outside chairs were filthy and we had to clean them ourselves. There was no dishwashwer soap provided and the downstairs toilet has an issue that should be looked at. The layout and bedrooms were fine and spacious, great for small kids in the bunkbed room. There was old food garbage behind the kitchen garbage can so clearly was not cleaned very well. Some of the dishes, etc. didn't seem to be clean as well. Overall we had a great stay but would not rent this particular property again.
