Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a cheerful bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds—giving everyone a comfortable place to settle in after a day of adventure.
Inside, recent updates create a fresh and comfortable retreat. Four new Smart TVs provide easy access to your favorite streaming entertainment, while updated bedding throughout the home adds an extra touch of comfort. The kitchen features a new refrigerator and is fully equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before a day on the trails to relaxed family dinners at home.
One of the home's standout features is its spacious new deck, where you can dine outdoors, enjoy your morning coffee beneath the towering pines, or simply relax in the peaceful Sunriver surroundings. Perfect property for everyone to have a good time. All aspects covered including games, puzzles, reading materials, pool towels, iron, and lots of dishes, serving plates, & platters. Thank you.

The house had what had been described. Unfortunately, there were issues in the two downstairs bedrooms. The queen bed was so uncomfortable that the person had to use the living room couch.

The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

After coming to Sunriver for over 35 years and rental multiple houses, this was a new location for us which we enjoyed. Being close to the Village and the Lodge was great with young kids for riding bikes and not having to go far. However, the house was very "tired" and definitely needs some repairs. The back deck is falling apart and seems to be a safety concern. All of the outside chairs were filthy and we had to clean them ourselves. There was no dishwashwer soap provided and the downstairs toilet has an issue that should be looked at. The layout and bedrooms were fine and spacious, great for small kids in the bunkbed room. There was old food garbage behind the kitchen garbage can so clearly was not cleaned very well. Some of the dishes, etc. didn't seem to be clean as well. Overall we had a great stay but would not rent this particular property again.
