Description:
This four bedroom, 2,203 sq ft home is the perfect spot for a family retreat, providing enough space for all your friends and family. This home just had new beautiful hardwood hickory floors put in and new decking on the back deck in 2020 plus new A/C! Along with this, the interior and exterior of the house have been repainted. All windows have been wrapped in Pine with new blinds (except kitchen window) and new mattresses have been purchased for all of the beds. The open concept style living room and dining room makes the ideal seating set up for whatever formation of the family gather together. In the loft there is a sectional couch and TV with a full sized hide a bed, a perfect spot for the kids to hangout.

Main Level:

Kitchen:
The kitchen is just to the right of the entrance. It connects on the far side to the dining area where it has a breakfast bar.

Living/Dining:
The Dining table seats 8 and is situated near a sliding glass door where the gas BBQ sits for easy access to grilling. The open area also includes the Living area with couch, love seat and recliner with a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite show.

Downstairs Bedrooms:
Downstairs is the primary bedroom which houses a Queen bed.

The other two downstairs bedrooms also each have Queen beds. They are served by the hall bath with Shower/Tub combo.

Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs is a large loft with sectional couch and Flatscreen TV for a second living space. Down the hall is a couch and bookshelf full of books for some reading time plus a 3/4 bath with shower.

At the end of the hall is the fourth bedroom, which houses one queen bed, one set of bunkbeds, and two twin beds and a flatscreen TV. The ideal space for small kids and young teens in your group.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill
