The house was a good size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. It was a nice house and good location.
There were big black ants primarily in the upstairs bathroom but found some in the beds and downstairs as well. The maintenance assisted by setting traps, but continued to see them. It was unsafe for an exterminator to spray as we had no where to go for hours.
It needs a little love, furniture in living area cleaned, landscaping outside in back (however deck was awesome), bathroom in king room on the door and floor by the shower. The extra living and kids room were extremely hot and temperature outside was about 75 degrees. Air conditioner finally helped but need air movement in the kids playroom.
