The main level features a king bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk—perfect for parents and little ones. Upstairs, you’ll find a luxurious king ensuite with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom with an additional twin bed, and another queen bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Each floor has a full bathroom, making morning routines and bedtime easy for larger groups.
After a day of biking the scenic Sunriver trails—bikes included with your stay—or floating the Deschutes River, come back and soak in your private hot tub under the stars. The home was large enough for the 9 of us and could have fit more easily. The house needs some upgrades though. Most of the outlets were so loose in the bedrooms that we could not plug a lot of things in. There was only bar soap provided so make sure to bring your own shower products. The house sleeps so many people but there needs to be more seating in the living room. The fireplace was amazing to have however all the wood provided was wet and not kept undercover and there was zero kindling to start it. Luckily we live in Bend and were able to bring our own for the snowy weekend.
Overall this house was ok and we had a great friend weekend but for the price it was lacking in a lot of areas.
