About this house rental
Best location in Sunriver!
Fully renovated 3 bed, 3 bath home right next to Sunriver village!
- Brand new hot tub installed September 2022!
- Just steps (2-minute walk) from Sunriver Village (Coffee houses, restaurants, shops, bike/ski rentals, ice cream, grocery store, ice skating, mini golf, bouncy houses, rock climbing).
- 5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk to the SHARC waterpark.
The space
Indoor Space:
- Fully updated kitchen.
- Open common room for gathering. Smart TV in this room.
- Downstairs common full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The Bedrooms:
- There are beds for 9 people and an additional queen air mattress and twin mattress that could be put on the floor to sleep up to 12 total.
- Downstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower). Smart TV in this room.
- Upstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower) and a large walk-in closet with a vent that could sleep small kids (we have put our 2-year-old twins in their pac'n'plays in this closet, no pac'n'play included). Smart TV in this room.
- Downstairs bedroom with bunk (full bed on bottom, twin on top). Small play "cave" behind the bed for kids.
- Upstairs loft with bunk bed (2 twins). Smart TV in this room.
Outdoor Space:
- Hot tub water is drained and refilled with fresh water between EVERY guest stay.
- Large, fenced-in back patio for coffee in the morning, dining, hot tubbing, or letting the kids play.
- Bike path out the back of the property for quick access to trails.
- Just a 2-minute walk out the back of the property to all Sunriver Village has to offer!
Other Amenities:
- 8 reusable daily SHARC waterpark passes!
- Bike and ski rental shop is a 1-minute walk from the house.
- AC/Heat and gas fireplace.
A couple of reminders for the property:
- This property has space for 4 cars for parking, maximum, in the driveway. On street parking is not allowed in Sunriver.
- This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of the individuals with animal allergies.

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The house is very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was fun and the location is super close to Sunriver shops. Our kids loved the loft area and secret cubby in the bunk room. The beds were nice but more on the firm side. There was a discrepancy on the description of the rental property listing but we got in touch with the host right after check in and he responded super quick and was very helpful in sorting out the issue. Overall, this house is great for families or adults. Definitely recommend!

This property is great. Good location close to the village and easy in and out of Sunriver. Nice to have air conditioning too. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the communication was great. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! So cozy and clean. The kitchen items are nice quality, which is a bonus. Everything is super organized and well taken care of. Bedding was nice and beds were super comfortable! We loved the hot tub!
The bike shop where you can get a discount for renting bikes was so nice and easy to work with. It’s located right behind this place! So convenient!
We rode bikes to Benham Falls and enjoyed it so much! Easy ride and beautiful fall weather.
Some great advantages to staying here are - it is right next to the bike trail and the Village shopping center, quiet street, easy check in and check out, and walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.
We love good food and we unfortunately we struggled to find really good food in Sunriver. The 2 places we ate at were subpar. We decided to find places in Bend. Zydeco Kitchen was great food! (Carrot cake was only so so) The other place we ate at was nostalgic to Bend, Pine Tavern, it was just okay food.
This cozy cottage was a win! We would definitely come back here. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and village.House was clean upon arrival. Pretty much what we expected. Price was in the ballpark for Sunriver rentals.Not sure if “Kyle” is actually real. Felt like an AI generated “owner” operated by a property management firm. Did not like the deception at all.No informational binder on site. All info was relayed through emails and a hospitality app that was woefully incomplete. Received an email telling me this or that every day we were there. “Move all the cars today, checkout time has changed, hot tub yada yada, A/C blah blah.” Truly a pain.Also, the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is in dire need of replacement. Extremely uncomfortable.To summarize: location was great, price seemed to be “going rate,” and the place was clean upon arrival. BUT when choosing beds, don’t pick the king upstairs. And be prepared for a plethora of useless emails and no info on site.
