Courthouse Hotel London

The location is PRIME. Right next to Oxford and Regents but still a side street so it does not get noisy. The room was spacious with all the necessary stuff, and the staff were kind and generous - we even got a birthday cake!

The only downside was the flushing system that gave us issues but because we stayed for only a few nights we didn’t want to go through the hustle of changing rooms

All of the above... Staff were so helpful and friendly. Beds really comfy, slept well. Location excellent, we were attending Jesus Christ Superstar at The Pavillion which was literally next door to the "stage door" Definitely be back.

The location is perfect if you want to be in the theatre district. I had a room on the fifth floor, which was perfect: great matrass, clean, complementary water bottles. Slept very well!

The hotel claims to be a 5-star hotel. But the rooftop bar (which had a great vibe) serves wine and cocktails in plastic glasses. Not really a 5-star experience in my opinion.

The location was excellent and the front desk was staffed 24 hours.

The room wasn’t very clean. The mini fridge was empty. The light switches didn’t all work. There was no hair dryer in our room. I had no bedside table but my partner did. The carpets were very grubby. We were told about the roof top bar but were not told that it was booked out for a private party. When asking if there was any space for hotel residents, they said it was full. We looked online to see if we could book and found out it was a £50 minimum spend per person. This itself is fine but it was information we were not told. Disappointed about not being able to use the bar.
