Comfortable room and large bathroom, well equipped. Location excellent for London theatre. Very helpful reception staff

Breakfast . A reasonable variety but not what I would have expected for a London 5 star hotel. More like Premier Inn. Little imagination. Pastries cold and stale. Staff not very visible

The location was perfect for our stay in London Quirky building originally a magistrates court and converted to retain some of the features

Breakfast was a buffet, was extra on top of the room price and very expensive at £25 for what was provided. I would expect freshly cooked for that price

The location was excellent and the front desk was staffed 24 hours.

The room wasn’t very clean. The mini fridge was empty. The light switches didn’t all work. There was no hair dryer in our room. I had no bedside table but my partner did. The carpets were very grubby. We were told about the roof top bar but were not told that it was booked out for a private party. When asking if there was any space for hotel residents, they said it was full. We looked online to see if we could book and found out it was a £50 minimum spend per person. This itself is fine but it was information we were not told. Disappointed about not being able to use the bar.
