Fabulous apartment, with great location

Great apartment, clean, comfortable, bright in a good location. Supermarket, gas station, restaurant in the near. Very easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. Our kids loved the little welcome gifts (Haribo gummy) Kitchen has everything what we needed, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc. Absolutely recommend!

Strongly recommend!

Everything was perfect - very clean and big apartment, it’s quite at night, shops are around the corner. It’s also located next to the bus stop in case public transport is necessary. Wifi connection is also good and stable. There are all necessary facilities provided to cook meals, as well as towels. The check in and check out were easy and without problems. The communication with the host was easy and fast. If I come back, I would definitely stay here again! Absolutely recommended!

The only suggestion I have is to leave a hair dryer for guests.

Quiet location. Short walking distance to bakery and shops. Modern, well equipped flat.

We were in Ferienwohnung 1, which was on the 3. floor. For us this was totally OK. For someone with problems with stairs, it might not be so good.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect: cleanliness, close to the supermarkets, close to parks for walking with your dog, nice views from the balcony...

The only thing I didn't like about this apartment was the mattress. It was a bit old and the springs were noticeable.

Danke, einmal reicht.

Wir mussten leider einen Tag früher abreisen (also nur eine statt zwei Übernachtungen), da die Bettwäsche einen sehr starken chemischen Geruch hatte, so dass wir beide kaum schlafen konnten. Lüften bzw. offenes Fenster half auch nicht, und auf die Kopfschmerzen am Morgen hätten wir gerne verzichtet. Der Vermieter versprach, der Sache nachzugehen... Wir haben jedenfalls nichts mehr von ihm gehört, nur mehrmals eine automatisierte Nachricht, die wohl jeder Gast erhält ... hoffentlich hatten Sie eine gute Heimreise etc. ... Kein Wort zu einem gelinde gesagt überteuerten, schmerzhaftem Aufenthalt, da natürlich die zweite, nicht genutzte Übernachtung zu zahlen war. Noch zur Info: Berufsbedingt verbringe ich auf Dienstreisen im Ausland ca. 100 Nächte sowohl in sehr guten Hotels oder angemieteten Apartments, nur für den Fall, dass jemand meinen sollte, ich/wir seien hypersensibel.

Für uns insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die perfekt vollständige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung mit Zentraler Lage. Es war alles sauber und die Größe der Wohnung für uns zwei absolut ausreichend

Relativ viel Verkehrslärm, hier würde ich auch eher eine nicht so zentrale Lage bevorzugen. Das Bett war doch etwas klein und sehr weich, geschmackssache.

Urlaub in Losheim am See

Wir hatten Wohnung Nr. 2. Schöne, helle Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung. Deko, mit Liebe zum Detail. Schafft Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sehr sauber. Schönes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Komplette Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Netter und freundlicher Kontakt zu Vermieter. Kommunikation über App, Mail und SMS vorbildlich.

Leider Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Wünschenswert wäre kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche gewesen. Salz, Pfeffer, Filtertüten, Flaschenöffner. Etwas mehr Toilettenpapier. Aber das ist alles jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau. 😀

Ausreichend für ein paar Tage aber insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

Es ist eine kleine Waschmaschine vorhanden und das Nötige für den Aufenthalt. Das Ein- und Auschecken war über Schlüsseltresor geregelt und einfach. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind nur wenige Meter entfernt gegeben.

Die Wohnung, mit der auf dem Bild geworben wird, erhält man nicht unbedingt. Unsere Wohnung war über enges Winkeltreppenhaus zu erreichen und erzeugte auch insgesamt ein Gefühl der Enge. Die Fugen in der Dusche müssten erneuert werden! Bewohner in der Wohnung unter uns waren "grenzwertig" in Ihrem Sozialverhalten. Parkmöglichkeit auf Objektgelände nicht garantiert.

Trotz des genannten kleinen Mangels war es insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Gute zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig und gemütlich. Parkplätze direkt am Haus und trotz der warmen Außentemperaturen war es nicht zu warm in der Wohnung.

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war etwas unbequem.
