L'implantation, la proximité avec Sarrebourg. Le nombre des parking était important, 4 devant l'immeuble + devant le garage et 4 parking sur l'arrière du garage.
La régulation de température de la douche (c'était aléatoire et ça a changé pendant l'utilisation). Avec ses temps, de prendre une douche fraîche n'est pas désagréable.
