I paid for the apartment. and no visitor could come to me only in cash, notebooks 150€ per day In other apartments, whoever wants it comes and gets it, they don't ask for extra money, they can't just sleep there. I don't recommend the apartment to anyone because they just want to rip you off.

Unbeatable price near the city center

Self check in is always a huge plus for me, and using the website to enter the building and then my room made it feel secure and safe. The room was clean, and the restroom stocked. Very close to the train station and right in the middle of town makes going any direction fun. Not to mention the mall being right next door. The price is unbeatable for a weekend in Saarbrucken. The beds felt like memory foam, but I don't know. It was soft and cozy. I decided to stay one extra day, so I booked another day, and they combined my bookings, so I kept the same room and didn't have to check out and check back in. Which is super smart, and I respect it. I just wish I saw that sooner, haha.

I will say having to use the website to enter made me nervous if I ever ran out of battery on my phone. I think a room key that you turn in or leave in the room afterward would help relieve those worries. For some reason, the steps just next to the entrance are a popular spot for people to hang out. Anyone from adults smoking and joking to teens making out would just be there at random times in the day. They were not dangerous or mean, but I dunno it was just strange. Not the properties fault, I guess. The bed in the single room is just two twins put together. Not necessarily a bad thing as they don't hide the fact in the pictures they share. Warning no elevator.

Filthy, Disturbing, and Not Worth the Risk

The location was close to the train station.

I’ve stayed in some rough places before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered the building, there was a strong smell of mold and urine. The apartment itself was filthy. Every surface was covered in dust, the floors were sticky and grimy, and the kitchen was greasy with crumbs everywhere. The dishwasher even contained dirty dishes. In the bathroom, I found hair and lipstick stains in the sink. Then a COCKROACH came charging at me from behind the bathroom bin (photo attached). On closer inspection, we also found more crumbs on the bathroom floor and an old, dried-up chip. The TV was another problem. Netflix and Prime Video accounts were unusable, and I strongly advise against logging into your own. The Wi-Fi QR code redirected me to a suspicious website full of pop-up ads before I could even connect. To make things worse, someone had previously logged into the YouTube account and used it to watch fully naked women, only barely covered by see-through veils. This was completely inappropriate. At night, it was unbearably hot, and people were yelling and fighting both inside and outside the building until around 6 a.m. It felt unsafe, like someone could barge in at any moment. Out of desperation, I placed a drinking glass in front of the door so we could hear if it opened. Later in the night, while we were trying to sleep, the TV lights started blinking rapidly for no reason. It scared us so much that we unplugged it, worried there might be hidden cameras. I only managed to sleep for about three hours because of how unsafe and uncomfortable everything felt. This was a horrible experience, and I believe I am entitled to compensation after staying in a place like this.

Very bad.. poor response from property mgr!!

Location of the apartment is close to the train station.

The property does not have a lift and I was provided the room on 4th floor and to even go out for a walk you need to think twice as I have to climb up over 80 steps!!! When called to property manager the calls go unanswered!!

Great Location and Facilities, but Cleanliness and Noise an Issue

The apartment was very well-equipped and ideally located – close to the train station, shops, and cafes, and about 25 minutes on foot to the history museum and art gallery. The kitchen had everything I needed: utensils, tea cups, dishware, a microwave, stove, and a surprisingly clean kettle – a rare find! The bathroom was spotless and came with shower gel, plenty of towels, and even a hairdryer (which wasn't listed). I stayed in room #5 which had four sleeping spots, so as a solo traveller, I had more than enough space. The pillows and blankets were comfy and seemed quite new, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn’t ideal – while it looked like the place had been vacuumed, there were visible signs of neglect, like food bits on the floor and wall, a stain on the bedsheet, and even what looked like old vomit on the curtains. The location next to nightclubs made it difficult to sleep – even with earplugs, the bass from music was loud until 3–4 am on weekends. Plus, the room facing the inner yard had constant noise from the ventilation system. I also had no information on how to get the room cleaned (no door tags), and there was no washing-up liquid in the kitchen. Another drawback: if your phone breaks or you don’t have a European SIM, the app-based self-check-in becomes a nightmare.

Okay für eine Nacht

Günstig, Nähe zum Bahnhof; Sehr nette Mitarbeiter*in, die mir am Telefon geholfen hat.

Sauberkeit ging so (Haare auf dem Bett oder im Bad), viele Mängel. Die Heizung war kaputt, dafür kam direkt ein Mitarbeiter und hat es sich angeschaut. Als ich stornieren wollte, wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer sofort zur Verfügung gestellt und die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation auf App und Webseite kann man jedoch noch verbessern!

Eine sehr direkte Lage am Bahnhof.

Es war nicht sehr sauber. Der Boden war schmutzig, auf dem Bett lag ein Haar und nachts war’s wirklich kalt. Im Zimmer gegenüber machte jemand die machte macht durch Party mit handymusik…also wenn dann doch bitte richtig, aber das war elend.

Das Bett war bequem

Die Kissen waren nicht so gut. Außerdem ist unsere Zimmertür nicht aufgegangen und wir waren 1 Stunde vor der Tür am warten, weil wir niemanden erreicht haben. Es hätte sauberer sein können.

durch die zentrale Lage natürlich von außen sehr laut, aber leider auch viele Gäste im Haus sehr laut, sehr kleines Bad, Risse in der Wand sind zwar verspachtelt, hätte man drüberstreichen können, würde definitiv besser aussehen

Bequemes Hotel mit toller Lage, aber falschen Checkin-Angaben im Profil

Lage 100m vom Hauptbahnhof, ruhig trotz gegenüberliegender Kneipe, bequemes Bett, sehr sauber.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schwierig. Als Check-In-Zeit war bei der Buchung 00:00 bis 00:00 Uhr angegeben, nach der nicht mehr stornierbaren Buchung hieß es plötzlich, dass der Login erst ab 14 Uhr möglich ist. Nach wiederholter Anfrage wurde mir schließlich ein Login zu 12 Uhr zugesagt, zum Check-In-Zeitpunkt klappte dies aber erst stark verzögert und nach mehreren Telefonaten. Immerhin haben die Angestellten vor Ort dann sehr schnell reagiert. Der Rest klappte problemlos.

Es ist gut dort, wenn man jung ist.

Die Unterkunft war neu, aber das war vielleicht alles.

Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass ich in den vierten Stock gehen sollte, das wären ungefähr 88 Stunden gewesen, da es keinen Aufzug gab habe ich mich dann beschwert und bekam danach Im zweiten Stock ein Zimmer bis dahin waren es noch 44 Stufen . Da ich schon 75 Jahre alt bin geht es mir schwer schwer so viele Stufen zu gehen. Außerdem Waren die Kissen im Bett viel zu dick. Auf solchen Kissen kann man nicht schlafen. Ein Apartment ist normalerweise ausgestattet mit wenigstens einer Kochplatte und Gläser Sowie Besteck und Geschirr . Das war alles nicht der Fall es dürfte sich also nicht Apartment nennen. Außerdem gab es keine Nachttischlampe oder Ähnliches,. Auf der rechten Seite des Bettes konnte man das große Licht ausschalten. ich musste das Fenster öffnen, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, nachts war es deshalb sehr laut.

Simpel appartement met weinig faciliteiten

Het was in de buurt van het congrescentrum waar ik moest zijn.

Ik zou om 15 uur inchecken, het appartement was niet klaar. Heb een aantal uur moeten wachten tot het klaar was. Hierdoor ook nog extra geld uitgegeven omdat ik niet op een terras kon gaan zitten zonder iets te nuttigen. Communicatie niet echt goed, ging via een tussenpersoon in een restaurant verderop die ook moeite had om contact te leggen met de verhuurder.

Allgemein ruhig und beq.

Der Zimmer was sehr groß und eine gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Bahnhof, somit ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem super ruhig.

Das Bad war sehr klein und diese Treppen... 😭

Gut mit kleinen Schwächen.

Das Zimmer war groß, Bad gut und alles sehr sauber. Ein Ventilator wurde extra ins Zimmer gestellt, da draußen 35 Grad und Fenster offen aus Gründen eher schwierig 😬

Die Lage als Pendler zwischen Bahnhof, Zimmer und Stadion erstmal ideal. Eine Szenekneipe gegenüber und ein Treff der Saarbrücker Jugend davor waren irgendwann zu viel. Wer also seinen Schlaf braucht, sollte eine andere Location buchen😄. WLAN katastrophal, AP im Zimmer mit hochfrequenten Piepen, Fernsehanschluss habe ich repariert, Stecker war locker…😎. Alles eigentlich also halb so wild, für mich in dieser Nacht allerdings die „Hölle“.

online Check-In fehlgeschlagen, musste ein anderes Hotel nehmen

Ich kam um 0:20 al Hauptbahnhof an und wollte den online 24h Check-In benutzen. Leider hat dieser nicht funktioniert. Die Web-App sagte immer „Der Check-In konnte nicht durchgeführt werden.“ Daher konnte ich das Zimmer nicht betreten. Bei beiden sogenannten „Notfall-Nummern“ die überall vor Ort ausgeschildert sind, ist mehrmals niemand rangegangen. Und bis jetzt (24h später) hab ich nicht mal eine Rückmeldung bekommen, obwohl ich 4-5 mal auf die Mailbox gesprochen habe. Wegen Ausbuchung konnte ich auch kein neues Zimmer buchen. Daher war ich gezwungen in ein anderes Hotel zu gehen. Nicht so toll, wenn man nachts um halb eins in einer fremden Stadt ankommt und die Unterkunft wegfällt.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in optimaler Lage direkt am Bahnhof

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super! Ich habe eine viel simplere Einrichtung erwartet, das Zimmer war groß und hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Self Check-In ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig aber im Zimmer hat alles gepasst und die Lage direkt am Bahnhof auch super.

Alles bestens! Self Check-In muss man sich kurz zurechtfinden, wer aber eine einfache Übernachtung in Bahnhofsnähe sucht, der findet hier genau die Richtige!

Lage und Einrichtung gut. Betten schmal aber okay. Wenig vom Partylärm mitbekommen (war Samstag Nacht)

Um 14:00 kam kam das Popup im Portal, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig sein und man um Verständnis bitte und man den Check-in doch später nochmal probieren möge. Kein Anruf der Unterkunft oder ähnliches. Das fand ich extrem schwach. Der anwesende Mitarbeiter hat dann zwar sein Bestes versucht, die Situation zu klären, unterm Strich ist so etwas aber für mich ein No-Go. Lustigerweise hatte ein anderer Gast genau das gleiche Problem.

Belle découverte, aussi bien la ville que le logement.

Super emplacement. Les lits et globalement les deux chambres sont très confortables. Par contre c'est un lit double par chambre et non un dans l'une + deux dans l'autre mais ça convenait pour quatre. Aucun regret, très bon rapport qualité prix.

L'accès par appli peut être compliqué. Pas d'ascenseur, ça peut être compliqué aussi. Pas de balai et gros manque de vaisselle (1 fourchette pour 4, juste une casserole et 3 assiettes/couteaux/cuillères/tasses). Peut-être élargir avec une passoire, une poêle, un économe, un décapsuleur et un torchon. Manque qqch pour poser les affaires dans la SDB : à 4, les affaires étaient posées par terre mais la SDB était très grande. Nous sommes néanmoins satisfaits, ce sont juste des points d'amélioration :-) Apt 8 / 3e étage

Schlaf finden unmöglich

Die Lage war prima, wenn man in der Innenstadt geschäftlich zu tun hat.

Mir ist bewusst, dass man keinen Luxus erwarten kann, wenn man ein günstiges Zimmer bucht. Ich bin auch wirklich nicht empfindlich. Aber dieser Aufenthalt war wirklich fürchterlich. Das Gebäude ist absolut hellhörig und man hört jedes Wort in den Nachbarzimmern. Und ich hatte Pech ne Truppe nebenan gehabt zu haben, die bis weit nach Mitternacht gefeiert haben. Wenn sich jemand im Zimmer oben drüber bewegt, dann hört man das auch. Insgesamt ist das Haus auch leider nicht sehr sauber.
