Clean and comfy, everything needed for short stay.
Communication can be improved. We agreed on later check out at 12.00 but it was not communicated with cleaning staff that barged in at 11.00 and we needed to quickly go out. Also, arranging this was a bit of headache because reply time from the property was taking one full day. Another thing, they indeed could have instruction how to use app for everything. It was clear for me after some digging but i do believe that many people could be confused.

Lage sehr gut. Technische Ausstatung TV, Wlan sehr gut. Sauberkeit OK
Kein Aufzug, bis zu meinem Zimmer ware über 100 Stufen mit Gepäck zu bewältigen. Fenster defekt auch deshalb Nachts Lärmbelästigung. Achtung: Zutritt nur mit funkionalem Smartfone möglich. Sehr kleine Dusche.
