Some white dots that look like sperm were on the sofa and the whole kitchen is extremely messy to the point that we don’t feel comfortable living in. We decided to return to Luxemburg but the house owner didn’t respond to our request to refund AT ALL. Very unpleasant experience.

Not satisfied

The toilet was not clean or working properly. I sent a message to the staff and received no answer. The pillows were practically nonexistent and didn’t even provide a thin layer of support under my head. There was no curtain in the room as well. The price was equal to and close to hotels, yet I paid it for a room!

Good price for value

It's at a very convenient location, with bus/tram stations very nearby. The city center is within walkable distance. The room is spacious. The common area (bathroom and kitchen) is well-maintained and very clean. Wifi works well.

The flushing power of the toilet is a bit weak, I had to press it for a long time to make sure the toilet is flushed properly.

It is a very good place to stay.

There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook whatever you need. I liked the shower room – it was bright, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The host responded to my questions without delay, which I really appreciated. The apartment is centrally located and easy to reach on foot from the train station. If I visit Saarbrücken again, I’ll definitely stay there again.

All the door locks are digital, which I’m not quite used to yet — I’m a bit behind on that trend. But it gave me a chance to catch up!

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay while in Saarbrucken. It’s like a 5 star hotel. I would recommend.

New, nice, and clean. Very comfortable, good working tv, good location, host was quick to respond to messages, great value overall, would stay here again and recommend.

Checking in and accessing/unlocking doors were not simple. You have to download an app in order to gain access to the building and rooms. If you’re an old person, impatient, or not good with technology then you’ll find the check in process to be a little time consuming and stressful.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Wonderful for a short trip.

Very clean, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. Access via app was easily managed (I would recommend guests read the instructions closely; it makes things way easier). Good, central location. Regular housekeeping. Great views and a comfortable balcony. Having the kitchen was a blessing, and the coffee machine was highly appreciated. It also provided a great way to interact with the other guests! We did not face any problem at all with noise, and it was generally very quiet. The rooms were well furnished and lighted. Although there were no curtains, we did not particularly feel that privacy was hindered.

Although the toilets were perfectly clean, we faced (minor) problems with the flush in the toilets and the toilet paper was often left behind. Additionally, it would have been nice to have floor mats near the shower areas to dry your feet. Also, a small shelf in the shower to keep your stuff would have been helpful. But these are minor points that do not take away from the great stay experience.

Fine looking with some issues!

Pretty much everything, excluding the stuff I am going to write below:)

The noises from the neighbors, the solution with the airkey (my phone died once and we had to wait until some other people from the hotel came out), no salt and pepper (it’s unnecessary to buy it for a few days, so maybe put it there), no possibility to have privacy in your room and bathroom because you can’t hide from the eyes of the neighbors!

Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Herr war sehr freundlich.

Das einchecken hat erst nicht funktioniert, konnte aber nach einem Anruf sofort behoben werden. Obwohl ich für zwei Personen gebucht hatte, war nur für eine Person das Bett bezogen. Auch das wurde allerdings behoben. Das Bett war zu hart für mich.

Modern, Sauber vs. Hellhörig, Gemeinschaftsbad

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, sehr modern und die Zimmer machen einen sehr schönen Eindruck. Der Check-In über die App und Code geht schnell. Modernes Badezimmer und Küche. Komfortables Bett. Wenn ich in Saarbrücken wieder ein Nacht bleibe komme ich wieder, mit der Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer

Was klar erwähnt werden muss: Es gibt ein gemischtes Bad/Bäder, es ist sehr hellhörig (man kriegt jeden Schritt / Huster aus dem Flur / Nachbarzimmer mit. Was außerdem dringend nach gebessert werden sollte sind Plissees an den Fenster zum Innenhof (ich hatte Zimmer 2 und dort kann jeder reinschauen, auch im großen Bad ist ein Fenster nicht verdeckt). Zum Thema Lautstärke, vielleicht sollte der Gastgeber Oropax in jedem Zimmer bereitstellen.

Es war ein Versehen.

Die Lage ist recht zentral.

Leider hatte das Zimmer nicht mal einen Kühlschrank. Das Bett war sehr laut. Wir haben bis zur Abreise nicht ein Duschhandtuch bekommen. Die App zur Türentriegelung war leider oft nicht gut bedienbar. Die Wände waren dünn wie Papier und es herrsche ein seltsamer Geruch im Zimmer. Der Vermieter hat jeweils erst nach mehrmaligem Auffordern geantwortet bzw. reagiert.

En líneas generales la residencia estaba muy bien. Limpia, la habitación amplia, con luz. La cocina muy bien equipada. El precio MUY BUENO.

Bueno al final si tienes una edad y tienes que ir al baño, lo mejor tener baño el la habitación. En cualquier caso ya lo sabíamos.

Ubytování bylo skromně, ale účelně zařízené, velmi čisté i ve společných prostorách. Velmi dobře odhlučněné.

Popis ubytování byl lehce zavádějící, u všech pokojů byla napsaná terasa a koupelna, to, že jsou sdílené, nebylo na první pohled jasné. Lehce jsme zápasili s EVVA klíčem.

Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Hbf. Der Check-in verlief auch einfach, obwohl ich es nicht geil finde, dafür extra eine App runterzuladen. Küche wäre mit allem.ausgestattet außer eine Mikrowelle.

Die Residence ist an einigen Stellen angeschlagen. Die Toilettenspülungen waren recht wirkungslos, weil das Toilettenpapier nicht abzog, egal, wie häufig man spülte. Das Toilettenpapier war dann auch irgendwann aus und wahrscheinlich kam erst jemand von der Verwaltung nach der nächsten Abreise, um alles auf Vordermann zu bringen.

Wenn man nicht viel ausgeben will perfekt

Die Wohnung ist in der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants ringsum. Es war alles sehr sauber und mein Bett war bequem. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da ich mit dem Schlüssel nicht zurecht kam. Der Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe und kostete 19 € die Nacht. Ich würde wieder dort schlafen.

Einfache Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad in guter Lage

Die Lage, die Ruhe und Sauberkeit

Die sehr einfache Ausstattung eines Deluxe Zimmers. Die Ausstattung besteht aus einem Bett einem weißen Metalregal und einem Kleiderhaken.Ein Stuhl und eine Art Schreibtisch. Keine weitere Ablagemöglichkeit außer dem Fußboden.Da nur Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschftsküche in der Residenz keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer oder im Bad das nasse Handtuch aufzuhängen. Ablage über den Stuhl möglich. Bei Ankunft nur eine Bettdecke und einmal Handtuch bei gebuchten Doppelzimmer. Wurde aber nach Anruft und Mail mit Vermieter und Booking umgehend nachgereicht. Da Gemeinschaftsrecht auch kein Tisch in der Residenz.
