Very good for a short stay

The location is very good, it was clean and nicely furnished. The possibility of having a paid parking space is very convenient. Good plan for one night stay.

The lift doesn't get to the floor where the apartment is. The ceiling is very low on some sides and in the bathroom there are no hangers.

Séjour agréable et très belle ville

L’accueil est très bien, toujours quelqu’un et une grande écoute. La proximité du centre ville et le confort de l’appartement. Le tarif est abordable.

La chambre principale est localisé à côté d’un local technique qui renferme le système de l’ascenseur et donc, le bruit est inconfortable surtout s’il se déclenche la nuit ou très tôt le matin.

W szufladzie był stary ser sztućce nie wyglądały na umyte brak soli w solniczce i pełny pieprz oznacza że nikt tego nie kontroluje. Słaba komunikacja z recepcją bez entuzjazmu

Nur das nette Personal an der Rezeption

Es wurde ein Nichtraucherapartment von uns gebucht. Dieses konnte nicht in Anspruch genommen werden, da es eine Etage tiefer Raucherzimmer gibt. Der Rauch steigt permanent durch das Treppenhaus in das Apartment. Wir haben uns diverse Male um Abhilfe bemüht. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Aufzug war sehr laut, hat man im Zimmer gehört, nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, Heizung blubberte die ganze Nacht, war nicht entlüftet

Leider nur die Lage

Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Dieses stand aber aufgrund Überbuchung nicht zur Verfügung. Man bot uns dann Ersatzweise zwei Zimmer mit spartanischer Ausstattung an. Da wir über 700 km Anreise hatten, nahmen wir dieses letztendlich in Kauf. Auch hier gab es wieder Probleme. Das Hotel wirbt damit, dass es ein rauchfreies Hotel ist. Ein Zimmer stank so extrem nach Rauch, dass wir nochmals das Zimmer wechseln mussten.

Hoch über Saarbrücken

Super Lage, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, aber die Alt- und Innenstadt und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Toller Blick aus der fünften Etage über Saarbrücken.Zum Frühstück machen und für kleine Mahlzeiten war Geschirr und Besteck in allerdings geringer Anzahl vorhanden, sowie eine Mikrowelle.

Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad (z.B. Brett über dem Waschbecken).Zu wenig Handtuchhalter, um Handtücher für zwei Personen bis zum nächsten Morgen zu trocknen und es fehlt eine Steckdose.Den Fön kann man daher nur ohne Spiegel verwenden. Geschirrtuch fehlt, auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein halbes "Tuch" zur Verfügung gestellt.Einen Handfeger gibt es, aber es fehlt das Kehrblech.Ein Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich.Betten und Handtücher waren zwar sauber, aber an einigen Stellen war noch Luft nach oben.
