Contemporary villa with full sea view, located in the private domain of Cap Bénat, between Hyères and Saint Tropez at 30 km. Facing the Golden Islands.
Toulon / Hyères airport 45 minutes. Toulon train station 60 min. Hyères station 45 mn.
This bright villa can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
It has on the ground floor a spacious living room dining room.

This plateau accesses the pool.

All linens are provided, including beach towels.

Outdoor parking on the property for several cars.
In this spacious private area and from June 15 until early September we have a delicatessen butcher, high quality. A pizzeria opens in the evening.
The beaches of both areas are private reserved for residents.
Cape Benat has a protected swimming area equipped with ladders and a diving board located 25 meters from the dike which is arranged to be able to lie in the sun.
