Villa Alta is a contemporary, spacious and airy house with swimming pool, fully equipped, ideal for your group of friends and family up to 10 people. It offers exceptional sea views and a rich combination of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Perched on the heights of the private domain of Gaou Bénat, known for the quality of its architecture, you will relax in peace even in the middle of the season in the heart of one of the most beautiful sites on the Côte d'Azur.
The exceptional panoramic view is a constant sight: Wake up every morning to the sunrises, sit on the large sun terrace or cool off in the back patio.

The house in a few words:

. Capacity: 10 people
. 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 of which have a terrace and sea view). The master bedroom has a private terrace with a cosy outdoor lounge and a crazy sea view. Its private bathroom also overlooks the sea.
. 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite)
. Beds will be made on arrival, included in the rental price.

Indoor/outdoor living space:

The villa is designed for outdoor living with a fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining area open through large floor-to-ceiling windows.

At the front, the east-facing terrace offers:
. A salt water swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 2.20 m) and invites you to take a real dip
. Garden furniture and deckchairs
. A large table for 10 people

At the back, the house opens onto a landscaped interior patio, perfect for relaxing out of the wind or sun. Here you will find:

. A modular dining area for 10 people,
. A plancha for your summer evenings.
. And even a dartboard for small challenges with family or friends.

Multiple facilities are available in the villa: board games, petanque balls, beach volleyball....
High-speed Wi-Fi. Large TV with access to platforms (Netflix, prime, channel, etc.). Bluetooth speaker.

. Several free outdoor pitches nearby

Access to the sea:
2 private beaches are reserved for residents, accessible in 3 minutes by car (free and easy parking) or 20 minutes on foot by the pedestrian paths of the estate.
Also, easy access on foot to the beaches of Fort de Brégançon. We will advise you on the peaceful beaches even in August.

Traveler access
Access to the estate is strictly limited to residents and their guests, with a caretaker during the day and 24 hours a day during the summer period. Our hostess will coordinate your arrival and departure.

You will receive an access badge at the guard post (€50 + €20 deposit). We provide you with a second badge free of charge.

After dropping off your car in our closed garage, access to the house is via a staircase of 110 steps. Access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Your luggage and arrival shopping will be transported by a freight elevator handled by our hostess at the beginning and end of your stay.

The advantages of the private estate of Gaou Bénat:
The estate has a Club house with bar and restaurant, tennis courts (reservation fees to be expected), table tennis, petanque and volleyball court, sailing and yoga club (rental and courses for a fee), for residents.

You visit the vineyards of Brégançon, Léoube, Malesherbes, Ott... even by leaving on foot from the villa and enjoy their musical summer evenings.
The mythical St Tropez is only 40km away, many sites for cycling or walking excursions are available nearby.

The estate is entirely private and quiet. The house is semi-detached: travelers are invited to ensure the tranquility of the place.
