About this villa rental

Ideally located, the house and its garden face the sea.Direct access to the sea by a little passage just in front of the house. You can easily reach the seashore and a pontoon by a private footpath. The house is only 35 m. away from the seashore and 200 m. from the private beach.
The house has its own swiming-pool (10x5 m) and pool house, with splendid views facing the bay of Gaou Benat and the islands. Tennis in the domaine.Private parking:3 or 4 cars. Safe and easy access with no steps.

We had a wonderful stay at this superb, yet practical, villa overlooking the sea in the exclusive Domaine de Gaou-Benat. The house looks out of a decor magazine. The white and teal color scheme is very relaxing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, blender, large fridge, gas grill, tons of dishes and cooking utensils, etc), which we put to good use during our two-week stay. We had all our meals on the great deck overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. We used the pool almost everyday (the electric cover was great to keep it clean and warm overnight) and we had a lot of fun playing boules. The rooms and bathrooms were all very practical. It was super convenient for us to have 3 bedrooms at the kitchen/living room/pool level as we had several older family members who could not easily go up and down stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a gorgeous view but beware that it is not designed for tall people, who might bang their heads on the sloped beams! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. It is a beautiful home, extremely well taken care of, and we highly recommend it!

A beautiful Home. Cannot imagine thinking of it as a "rental," and thanks to sunny days we relaxed and barely left the gated, private neighborhood. The region is wonderful for biking & coastline for hiking. The home has all you need inside & out. Our few questions about the house during the week were promptly answered & helpful. Don't question booking it!

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen in bester Lage, mit sehr viel Geschmack und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein absoluter Traum und eine sehr bemühte Gastgeberin. Uns (56-62) hat es absolut gefallen und wir würden dieses Objekt zu jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Erholung pur. Vielen Dank Diane.

The house and the area are just fantastic! We enjoyed 3 weeks in this perfectly equipped house. Everything was great: the garden, the pool, the view over the bay from all rooms, the nearby beaches and villages. We miss it already and will surely be back in the future...

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, parfait à tout point de vue. La maison est magnifique et très bien équipée. Les chambres sont splendides. Et que dire de la cuisine, une merveille! La terrasse, quant à elle, vous offre une vue incroyable sur la mer et le cap: apaisement instantané! La localisation de la villa est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et se font un réel plaisir de donner des conseils afin que leur locataires ne manquent de rien! Bref, nous vous conseillons vraiment cette location qui fera de vos vacances un moment hors du temps!

Une vraie villa de vacances, dans un lieu magique au calme face à la mer, avec vue sur les bateaux dans la baie du Gaou. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve... La maison est très bien équipée et chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses placards. Pour la détente, les apéros et les repas (super barbecue d'ailleurs), il y a plusieurs lieux au choix, selon les envies. Le terrain de boules et la piscine avec son pool-house sont de vrais plus! Et le mouillage face à la villa nous a permis de faire de magnifiques virées en bateau semi-rigide vers les îles et les plages de Bregançon... Des souvenirs inoubliables ! Bref, on reviendra !

Cette villa est très accueillante et merveilleusement située. Toute l'organisation intérieure et extérieure concourt au farniente .... La piscine est la bienvenue quand hélas les méduses ont décidé d'occuper le terrain. Belles vacances pour tous et à tous!! N'oubliez pas d'aller vous promener à Bormes les mimosas, même si vous en avez la flemme et que l'épicerie du domaine et le restaurant de plage confortent votre douce paresse!
