The location and the easiness to access the apartment with an automated service were very convenient. Shower was spacious.

The bed is not the most comfortable, The base holding the mattress was noisy and it was squeaking for any minimal move that was done.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. Everything was quite clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, with cafés and bars nearby, which was a nice bonus. The location is good – well connected by bus to different parts of the city and the airport. It’s also possible to walk to the Colosseum in about 40 minutes, which we found very convenient. The check-in process is done online and is simple to complete. Although some guests might find it a bit complicated, we personally found it straightforward and easy to follow. We received links for remote door access, which were simple to use and made the whole arrival process smooth. There is nothing in particular to complain about – everything was as expected and in line with the photos and description.

As a small downside, it took quite a long time for the hot water in the bathroom to start running, and at one point we thought there was no hot water at all. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We had a nice terrace.

There was no hot water at the sink. In the shower you had to wait about 10 minutes for hot water to flow. Sometimes there was none at all. For 5 days of stay, not once did they clean the room or change our towels.

The location Is ok, not far from the underground station. There are many restaurants and bars, well connected

The photos don't really match the reality. The bathroom is very small and the shower looks cool, but hot water only lasts a few minutes before turning into really cold. You could hear every single noise from the other rooms and in the morning someone knocked on the door without saying anything, maybe just checking if someone was inside. Also, a bit disappointing paying extra for a so called luxury room and then finding out that it was just good pictures.
