La vicinanza alla stazione.
L'aria condizionata nonostante fosse al massimo in tutto ci ha messo un po' a rinfrescare la camera, i letti non sono comodissimi e purtroppo il palazzo non presenta un ascensore e salire coi bagagli e il caldo al secondo piano può pesare.

Posizione comoda e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Strategica. Buonissima la corrispondenza con lo staff e la struttura era accogliente
Camera molto rumorosa. Finestre non insonorizzate e stando sopra a via Ostiense il traffico c'è tutta la notte e già dalla mattina alle 6 si inizia a sentire un bel rumore (alle 6 ci ha svegliato il camion del vetro). Inoltre a noi ci è capitato un cantiere al piano di sopra che dalle 8 di mattina ha iniziato con il Martello pneumatico svegliandoci di soprassalto (di nuovo). Nessuno ci ha avvisato.
