It is located close to the center (only a few minutes' walk to the city harbor) in a quiet "waterway" (i.e. public path to the lake)
The 44 square meter apartment is at ground level and equipped for 2-3 people. The living / dining area is separated from the sleeping area by a room divider.
A continuous glass front allows a view of the lake and the monastery church.
