The approximately 90m² kept house is on the ground floor of a living room with sitting area and TV, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with shower, toilet and floor heating. The kitchen is extensively equipped with radio, refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. About a rather steep staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other with two single beds. The covered terrace is a barbecue and garden furniture. Parking is located next to the house under the carport. The property offers a summer ideal opportunities for sunbathing, a great leisure and relaxing moments from everyday stresses. Guests will also find an ideal starting point for your day tour by bicycle, car, boat or horse. In the evening you can enjoy the unique view over the forest and meadow and with a little luck you will discover some deer.
