The small cozy holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Malchow. It is located close to the center (only a few minutes' walk to the city harbor) on a quiet footpath to garden properties ("on the mountain"). The public boat / bathing jetty is only about 100 meters away.
The 40 m² apartment is suitable for 2-4 people.
The living room also serves as a dining and cooking area and is brightly lit.
On the south side of the house, in front of the living room, there is a large terrace (20m²).
The entrance hall leads to the bedroom and the bathroom with shower and daylight window.
