The vacation rental, located on waterfront property in Malchow, is accessible via a stairwell that also has an elevator. The building contains other apartments that are permanently rented out. From the hallway, you can access the kitchen, the bathroom, and the large, spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven and a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a washing machine. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The living room features a couch, armchairs, a small table, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs, and a small wall unit. A narrow staircase with high steps leads upstairs to the two bedrooms and the second bathroom in the attic. The staircase cannot be closed off with a child safety gate or a door. Please keep a close eye on your children here. The first bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a dresser. The bathroom features a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. On the dock by the lake, complete with garden furniture (including cushions), you can start your day with a good breakfast or enjoy a cozy end to your evenings. In the summer, the garden offers ideal opportunities for sunbathing and playing games. From the dock, you can go swimming or try your luck at fishing. There is a parking space for vacation guests in front of the house.
