Schöne und komfortable Wohnung am Wasser.

Moderne, praktische Ausstattung. Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Zugang zum Wasser. Sehr freundliche Verwaltung und Wohnungseigentümer. Unkomplzierte Kommunikation.

Wir hätten uns noch eine Mikrowelle gewünscht.

Startpunkt für mehrere Tagestouren mit dem Fahrrad. Alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben.

Sehr gepflegte FeWo. Mein FeWo "Bullauge" lag im EG und ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Ich selber war allein unterwegs und habe Tagestouren mit dem Fahrrad unternommen. Das Fahrrad konnte ich im Carport im verschließbaren Innenhof anschließen. Für mich war die Größe der FeWo völlig ausreichend. Ich denke mit 2. Personen ist ein längerer Aufenthalt vielleicht anders zu sehen. Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bad ist ebenfalls super. Sehr viele Steckdosen und zwar dort wo sie auch gebraucht werden. Die Außenterasse ist groß und überdacht. Die Lage der FeWo ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Am zweiten Tag kam direkt der Anruf der Vermieterin ob die Unterkunft in Ordnung ist.

An der FeWo habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Schräg gegenüber ist ein Pizza Lieferant den man evtl. mal hören kann. Das Schlafzimmer liegt jedoch zum Hof und da habe ich nix mehr gehört.

Die Lage ist wunderschön am Wasser. Wir haben Abends noch lange überdacht gesessen. Mein Mann hatte die tolle Möglichkeit genau am Grundstück zu Angeln.
