Direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Bootsanleger, schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, groß.
Zu jeder Zeit laufen irgendwelche Menschen über das Grundstück, die dort vielleicht wohnen oder auch nicht, man kann nicht alleine in Ruhe auf der Terrasse sitzen.
