Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms with shower, one for each bedroom. 85 square meters (280 square feet) of living room located on the 4th floor of a typical building, with no lift. It can accommodate up to 7 people, 4 in 2 double beds that can be separated and 3 on a double sofa bed and an armchair bed in the living room. Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, air conditioning, central heating and TV.
POSITION
The location is ideal in the heart of the historic center, in Via Ricasoli 15, between the marvelous CATHEDRAL and the MUSEO DELL'ACCADEMIA which houses the famous DAVID created by Michelangelo. Other highlights such as Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Bargello are only a 5 minute walk from our accommodation.
SERVICES
Hot and cold air conditioning, iron and ironing board, TV, 110 Volt sockets, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, bathroom with shower, washing machine, bed linen and towels. Internet "wireless connection" is possible without time limit.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
There is an extra charge for arrivals / departures outside check-in / out times. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
The last check-in is available until 24:00.
-If you arrive after 8 in the evening there is a fee of 20 €
- after 23:00 there is a tax of 40 €
Check in is after 14:00 directly in our apartment in Via Ricasoli, 15 and check out by 11 am on the day of your departure.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Florence et nos en sommes à nouveau tombés amoureux.
Si je devais retenir les points forts de cet appartement, je les résumerai ainsi:
- la proximité immédiate du vieux centre historique et de la gare pour tous nos déplacements
- un appartement tout en longueur avec 2 espaces nuit bien séparés qui garantit à chacun son intimité.
Mais il y a des points à améliorer:
- l'appartement est un peu négligé: les 2 canapés sont un peu sals et défraichis. Une chaise complètement déboitée et instable qui a occasionnée une chute de ma fille... des plinthes décollées et des meubles en mauvais états ( placards de chambre déboités et difficile à utiliser), un des lits de la petite chambre présente un sommier défectueux occasionnant également une chute de ma fille ainée qui a du se rabattre sur le canapé lit du salon....
- les matinées étaient très fraiches et il nous était impossible de chauffer l'appartement. J'ai eu beau envoyer des sms à Raffaele, mes demandes sont restées sans réponses....
Enfin, je formulerais une dernière remarque qui s'adresse moins à Roberto qu'au site Abritel: les tarifs de location ne sont pas assez clairement annoncés. Lorsque j'ai réservé l'appart pour une semaine, le tarif annoncé en grand par Abritel s'élevait à 560 euros. Ce n'est que 2 jours avant le départ que Roberto m'a rappelé qu'il fallait que je prévois 140 euros en liquide pour régler les frais de nettoyage et les frais de taxe de séjour !!! Ces frais étaient certes annoncés dans le site mais il fallait vraiment éplucher tous les liens du site pour les voir !!!!
Au final, je recommande cet appartement pour son côté pratique et sa situation idéale.

It would be good if you guys communicate what works and what does not work.. lift was not working and it was hard to carry big bags all 4 levels up and down. Dryer did not work. Water heater didn’t work so we have skip the shower first day..hope u take time to review and fix these things for upcoming folks.. good luck
