Our beautiful home has just been newly decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard, throughout.
This home offers over 1300 square feet of living space with an attractive South East facing, lakeside position. the pool newly resurfaced with a Giant Mickey Mouse in the bottom and colour changing LED light for evening swims.
Luxury toiletries provided in washrooms . You will be started with 2 large white kitchen garbage bags and a large black garbage bag. 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen. 2 toilet rolls for each washroom. Starter pack of dishwasher tabs and a bottle of dish detergent.
The beautiful pool and deck area features a covered lanai, 4 pool loungers, table & chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable seating to relax in and enjoy the beautiful lake view and nature. No neighbours behind you.
The fantastic lounge overlooking the pool area features brand new leather sofas with 55" 4K Smart Roku TV with Spectrum TV and stereo with iPod connection, with an adjacent dining room tastefully decorated with table and chairs for formal dining.
The spacious galley kitchen is BRAND NEW stainless appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with stools, and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences pots, pans, silverware and dinnerware including a Keurig Coffee Maker.
The king master suite, with new King mattress and box spring and with LCD flat screen 32' TV has a fantastic view to the pool and lake, the large master bathroom has granite counters and under mount sink, walk in large glass enclosed shower , toilet, large walk in closet. Hairdryer .Safe provided. Ceiling fan.
The second bedroom is a newly decorated queen size room, new mattresses and with a 32' LCD TV and DVD player. Ceiling fan.
The third bedroom is neutrally decorated,with 2 twin beds. Ceiling fan.
The second bathroom is shared , granite under mount sink and full size tub shower. Hairdryer .
Laundry room adjacent to Kitchen has a full size washer and dryer.

We have 2 homes on this lake In Eagle Pointe. the pools are 50 meters apart. Ideal for large families or a function requiring everyone to be close together but not having to go to a hotel. The lake, waterview, birds and wildlife make it perfect.Disney your way !!! Eat when you want, healthy like you want, and how you want should you decide to cook at home. Full bellies, off to the parks, and home for a healthy dinner , swim, relax and then back to the parks for the night time parade as we are only 8-10 minutes from Disney.

This property is situated in an ideal location. 5 mins from US192 (with its many shops and restaurants), 15 mins from Disney and 25 mins from Universal.
The beds were comfortable and the linen clean, the kitchen is amazingly well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and the view of the lake from the rear of the property is wonderful.
Fantastic communication from owners and always super helpful. This vacation had been postponed twice in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid19 pandemic and the owners have been patient and understanding throughout.
However, although I do not like to leave negative comments, I feel that I must be truly 'honest' in order to assist future, potential rentees and the following observations were made by myself and my family.
1) Pool tiles broken/missing
2) Broken pool chair (I actually sat on this not realising and ended up on the floor!)
3) Blinds on patio doors damaged and did not move properly
4) Unpleasant smell from both drains in shower/bath when in use
5) Missing light bulb from ceiling light in main bedroom
6) Telephone not working (I needed to call my rental car providers at Orlando airport and had to email the property owners who informed me that the phone had been plugged in to a broken socket in error)
7) Coffee stain on living area floor, glass tables and kitchen surfaces covered in dust and towels left in tumble dryer (suggesting that the cleaner had not done a thorough job)
8) Scuffs/marks on walls and doors and an odd 'repair' to the main bedroom wall (looked like a large Band Aid had been stuck to the wall and painted over).
9) Shower head in bathroom of main bedroom appears to have been 'replaced' with a plastic temporary fitment??
10) The safe at the property has a 'fixed' code/number and does not allow you to input your own code meaning that anyone having access to the property, i.e. property management team/cleaners could potentially access the safe at any time.
The outside of the property appears smart and well-maintained, however, overall, I believe the property would benefit from an interior refurbishment, i.e new bathrooms, re-painting of walls etc.
