This stunning townhome is located in the Fiesta Key Resort, where you'll enjoy a luxurious vacation experience that's only nine miles away from Disney World. This corner unit boasts an open, airy floor plan that's perfect for families. With all the items you need for a relaxed and comfortable vacation, you'll be able to unwind and recharge in style.
The on-site pool is just steps away from the townhome and features sparkling waters that will keep you cool on hot days. Plus, there are other amenities like tennis courts and a fitness center that are perfect for active guests. When you're ready to relax, the living room is the perfect place to kick back and watch your favorite Disney movies on the large flat-screen TV. The L-shaped sofa is large enough for everyone to lounge on comfortably, making it the ideal spot for entertaining friends and family.
The kitchen and dining areas are seamlessly integrated with the living room, which creates an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. You'll have three dining areas to choose from, including the breakfast bar/kitchen island that seats two people, the dining area that seats six, and the outside dining area that seats four people.
If you want to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, you can do so in the screened-in patio area or on the princess balcony on the Second Floor. Both areas are perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a morning cup of coffee while taking in the gorgeous views.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with a king-sized bed, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the parks. The private master bath features His and Hers vanity with a standing shower and a private toilet room.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor, each thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing and comfortable experience. This was a perfect place to stay off site before we headed to Disney. The pool was within walking distance and a big hit with the grandchildren. Highly recommended.

Great property there are a lot of rules and signs around but it’s understandable to keep the house tidy.

Great communication from host. Easy check in and out. Available with all questions. Townhouse was big with many bathrooms. Location was good.

Our biggest disappointment was supplies. We were told there was a Keurig pod coffee maker, but there was not and that’s what we had purchased so couldn’t have coffee that first night. When flying in, we didn't expect to have to buy all these things and then leave them. There was no paper towels, napkins, dish cloth, dish towels, washcloths, oil or Pam spray. We can’t take them on the plane, so felt a bit like restocking her supply. Many of the light bulbs in the house were out and no outside light above the very dark entrance made it difficult to enter the code each time we came in late.
