This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in Orlando, Florida for up to eight guests is the perfect place for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and spacious accommodation. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The large and open living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. It features a huge smart TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light. There's also a dining area with seating for eight, so you can enjoy meals together as a group.
The bedrooms layout as follows:
Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, TV, and plenty of closet space;
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom also has a king size bed, shared bathroom and TV;
Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and another twin bed, making it perfect for children or teenagers.
Outside, the community offers a range of amenities to keep you entertained during your stay. There's a huge swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip, a gym where you can work out, and a tennis court where you can play a game or two with your friends.
Overall, this townhome is the perfect base for exploring all that Orlando has to offer. With its spacious and comfortable living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and great location in a community with great amenities, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Besides the pillow cases needing to be changed in a few Marks here and there this is a great place very quiet cozy the family loved it we enjoyed our stay

Our stay was enjoyable in spite of a few items not being as clean as you would expect. The bed linen needed to be washed and overall cleaning was needed, however the overall property, decorations and location met our expectation. We would stay in this area again.

First let me start off by saying, the townhome was gorgeous. There was plenty of room for my entire family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great. The living room was great. The distance to all the places we wanted to go was perfect.
Now the not so good but didnt ruin the trip...
The microwave did not work our first night there. Was quickly resolved the next day
The fire alarm system went off in the middle of the night our 3rd night there scaring us out of our sleep. The fire department came and made sure everything was ok. The maintenence man determined that the system was not communicating properly and needed to be replaced.
Final, there were ants in the master bedroom. We didnt notice them until our last day but they kept crawling up the night stand by the window. We had to sleep in the extra bedroom with our son for fear of thwm making their way to the bed. Im confident the owners of this property will rectify that issue quickly.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and despite the little issues, we had a great time and appreciate the owners being responsive and attentive to any issues we had. We will definitely rent here again or another property.
