About this house rental
We purchased this in late June 2019 and finished 2nd round of updates with renovations in late 2019 and 3rd round of renovations in 2024, new bathroom counters, sinks and faucets and pool renovation in Oct 2024. It has newer flooring and new carpet in all bedrooms, high end stainless steel appliances, newer light fixtures and fans, bedding, fresh paint, with theme decor in 2 of the bedrooms (Finding Nemo/Dory in kids room and a Star Wars themed room and updated the garage with a super hero theme game room. Updated master (mattress, bedding and fixtures) family room area, all bedrooms have updated TVs and each room has Roku TV with Spectrum stream service with Netflix and other streaming capabilities. The formal living room has a sofa bed. Dining room has a beautiful large table that seats 8. The kitchen has a table that seats 6. Kitchen breakfast bar has 4 barstools.
The house has FREE Wi-Fi/internet. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and it will be included in quoted price but can be removed for warmer months if you don't want it. Don't forget this villa is on a lovely lake in the quite development of Eagle Pointe. It's just 15 minutes to Disney parks and 20-30 min from Universal and Sea World. There is also a small amusement park called “ Old Town” with shops just miles away for those days you don't want to spend an entire day at the big parks. We are 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, Perkins, and tons of other restaurants and stores , which makes this an ideal location to stay at. Keep in mind that staying on the lake has it perks. You'll have a beautiful view with no houses behind you and lots of wildlife to enjoy like the ducks and birds! The pool has privacy from neighbors as each side has a white PVC fence but opens up to the beautiful lake view. Also you can fish as the lake is full of fish.
This is our second home in this area and our first has no renter complaints about the house or location so we decided get another one. This was a great vacation home!! The house was clean and welcoming with thoughtful touches. The pool was great and the pond was a beautiful backdrop for our morning coffee. The host provided clear instructions making our check and check out seamless. Thank you very much, this house rental added so much to our family vacation, location was also great!!

Second time here. We love the sunny pool, privacy, the proximity to Shingle Creek bike/walking trail, shopping and restaurants. Peaceful, pretty area, yet conveniently located. Plenty of pool towels and comfortable pool furniture. King bed is very comfortable. (Can’t say about other beds because we didn’t use them, but they look nice.) We appreciated the grill; put our food on tin foil to keep it clean. There’s a cabinet full of books for adults, also books and games for kids. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was brilliant and just as described. The AC worked perfectly, the rooms were all of a good size and the pool was perfect. Checking in was easy and the location on the property was just as we hoped. Roughly a 25min drive to Disney and Universal but plenty of restaurants around for breakfast and evening meals.

Property was not as clean as I expected. Found an old razor blade and a toy on top of a very dusty refrigerator. Dried urine around toilet onthe floor. Missing 4 light bulbs in on kitchen light bar making dark in the evening. One light bulb missing in master bedroom. One light bulb out in master bathroom.
