About this apartment rental

Apartment 'Groeterstaete' 7 is located on the 1st floor. Floor (lift available) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. It is perfect for a beach holiday. The spacious apartment with balcony is nice and comfortably furnished and has a beautiful location with a beautiful view. A sunny balcony is available and in the living room is a French balcony with double doors.

Layout: Entrance with separate toilet, beautiful living room with comfortable seating, TV with several German channels and Wi-Fi. Dining table and open and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and a small children's room with bunk beds. Modern bathroom with duo shower and sunshower (sunbathing in the shower). Parking is available.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und wir empfehlen jedem Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder sich vor Ort Ein Fahrrad zu Mieten. Der Strand ist nicht weit und bietet eine Menge Erholung. LG Änni und Ludger
