Vacation cottage Zijper 24

This very well-designed and cozy vacation home is approximately 68 square meters in size. In addition to three bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), and a large, open-concept living and dining area, it features a spacious terrace and a lovely private garden. Our modern vacation home, Zijper24, is approximately 68 square meters in size and features three bedrooms (two each with a single bed that can be easily converted into a double bed, and one bedroom with a 3-tier (children’s) bunk bed -> with a weight capacity of up to 60 kg per level), an open kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in, ground-level shower, was renovated in 2019. The living room area features double patio doors that open onto the large, fenced-in patio with an adjoining private garden. From spring through fall, the patio features a large garden table with 6 chairs and a shade-providing umbrella. During the winter, at least the chairs and the umbrella are stored in the garden shed. This garden shed also contains, among other things, additional garden chairs and lounge chairs, as well as a grill. In a separate storage room, accessible to the right of the entrance, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies. A security deposit of 150 euros must be paid in advance. Any excess utility costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Nearly all the furniture, as well as the washing machine and dryer, were newly purchased in 2019 and 2020! A beautiful, modernly furnished vacation home on the Dutch North Sea coast. The Zijper24 vacation home is located in Park Zijpersluis in Burgerbrug, North Holland. The beach section in Petten—just 3 km away and newly constructed in 2015—is a wonderful place to relax. In addition to the wonderful North Sea with its great beaches, the many beautiful and very well-developed bike paths are highly recommended. The nearest major city, Alkmaar, is about 20 km away. To the north, it’s also not far to the island of Texel, which can be reached by ferry.
