Please inform next tourists that the Vicolo Chodare is very, very narrow with a big car ! Don't drive to the end, there is no exit ! Armando Bertoni.

Appartement is much nicer than the Vrbo pictures. It’s renovated and was functional for us a family of 5. We had no problem with sleeping and cooking while there. The property manager was helpful and always available via WhatsApp. For travellers with cars, beware that there are no parking at the apartment. Public parking is located about 10-15 min from the appartement and cost 12 e per day.
My two recommendations would be that the air conditioning units are very old. It took about two hours for them to cool the unit down to be comfortable. It would have been appreciated if they had been turned on prior to our arrival time to start cooling. My second recommendation is to have better wifi internet. The property manager told us that it was limited to emails and light browsing. With a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers), wifi is important and needed for us to plan our travel and communicate. It turned off unexpectedly the days before we left.
Besides those two points, I would recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at this location, despite the heatwave at the time. The air conditioning worked well, but we managed to not use it a lot. The home is on a quiet street, a nice 10 minute walk from the town centre. The house is close to the train station (but far enough away we near heard the trains) and the cycle paths that ring the city.
The kitchen is well equiped, our family of 6 did all our own cooking. It was a five minute walk to grocery stores.
We'd love to come back with cooler temperatues to do all the things we missed in Mantova!

Viele Kleinigkeiten die den Gesamtpreis meines Erachtens nicht rechtfertigen . Zudem eine sehr dunkle Wohnung im Innenhof. Das Tageslicht ist unzureichend. Im Sommer kann das bestimmt anders sein.
