About this apartment rental
STAY: minimum 3 nights, maximum 29 nights.
Located on the slopes of Piazzale Michelangelo, a few meters from the Arno river, in a quiet and safe neighborhood even late at night.
It consists of a living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette / dining room, bathroom with shower and washing machine. It has unlimited free wifi.
The studio, on the first floor of an ancient three-story building, is silent and comfortable.
Due to its composition it is ideal for two people.
From this accommodation it is easy to reach any point in Florence: 15/20 minutes on foot in Ponte Vecchio, 10 minutes by bus to the nearest railway station (Campo di Marte) and 20 minutes from the central station (S. M. Novela) and a stone's throw from bus connections to the surrounding hills (Fiesole, Settignano, etc. ..)
In fact, the house enjoys an enviable strategic position: reaching the corner of the block you are along the river with a view of Ponte Vecchio and other monuments of Florence.
We recommend this pleasant walk along the Arno river to enjoy the view of the most famous monuments, which as you walk seem to meet you to be easily reached.
From the back of the house, instead, a characteristic pedestrian street (via San Miniato) starts among the olive trees, which in a few minutes, going up the hill, will take you to Piazzale Michelangelo, offering romantic views of Florence along the promenade.
Just a 5 minute walk away is the lively San Niccolò district, full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, meeting places, artisan workshops, etc. .
Even a few meters from the house you will still find grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.
The house is located near several bus stops to and from the center: line 23, C4H, 12, 13

Great location, friendly owner, I could walk to everything in Firenze. Very clean and just the right size. I even found close cheap parking nearby.

We would highly recommend this property for rental to any couple who are planning a Florence visit.
The hosts are fabulous. They were very welcoming and are living in the building so are there for anything you might need.
The apartment is fairly priced and has everything you will need; washer, great shower, small kitchen and comfortable bed.
We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

This is a cosy, well equipped apartment tucked away on a picturesque side street. It is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Florence. You can also hop on the C4 bus if you have shopping to carry home. The hosts are super helpful without being intrusive. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice place to stay in Florence! Check in process was extremely easy and the apartment was clean and quaint and perfectly fit two people! Chiara was extremely kind host.
