Value for money but far from town, mattress and smell needs changing

Good to get an apartment for washing clothes and have more space than a hotel room

The property has a very damp smell, the mattress is terrible and the wifi is very bad. I believe this has been written several times by other reviewers but no action has been taken. The check in process was not smooth, we needed to contact several people over what’s app and stand in the rain for 30mins waiting for someone to let us in.

Zentrale Wohnung, stark heruntergekommen und ungepflegt.

In der Wohnung gab es genug Handtücher und extra Decken. Auch das Sofa wurde für unser Kind vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war von der Größe gut für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.

Die Wohnung stank extrem abgestanden, obwohl es erst Mai war, war die Luft extrem nass und roch beißend nach Gartenlaube oder Keller. Im Bad war viel schwarzer Schimmel und der Duschablauf musste erst repariert werden. Ein Mitarbeiter beseitigte einen Teil des Schimmels notdürftig. Die Waschmaschine lief beim Abpumpen über und konnte nicht ohne Überschwemmung genutzt werden. Der Toilettensitz war abgerissen und lag nur auf.Eine Reperatur erfolgte nicht. Sehr laute Nachbarn. Karaokepartys nachts, tagsüber Dauerbeschallung mit klassischer Musik. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig. In der Dusche waren überall schwarze Ränder, welche laut Mitarbeiter der Firma fester Dreck und kein Schimmel waren, weshalb er nur den Schimmel in den Fugen versucht hat etwas zu entfernen. Er sagte, dass es eben bessere und schlechtere Wohnungen gibt. Bei den Betten spürt man extrem die Federn durch. Die Kissen sind sehr hart.

Tutto sommato lo consiglio, nonostante qualche piccolezza migliorabile

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento una settimana. La posizione era ottimale per i miei bisogni. È a 15 Min dal centro, quindi anche a livello turistico non è male! L'appartamento carino e confortevole con tutti i servizi per i bisogni essenziali. La ragazza del check in è stata molto gentile.

L'appartamento è un piano terra con due sole finestre. Per questo è difficile cambiare l'aria. Appena entrata l'odore di umidità era molto forte e i riscaldamenti spenti, per cui molto freddo. Per fortuna, una volta fatto areare e riscaldare l'appartamento, l'odore di umidità si è ridotto notevolmente ed era sopportabile. Il letto è abbastanza scomodo, poco più grande della rete, molto morbido per cui si affonda sentendo la rete sotto. Alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere curati meglio (porte che non si chiudono, maniglie traballanti...).
