Overall Rating: 1/10 – Extremely Disappointing Experience Cleanliness: 1/10 The apartment was in unacceptable condition. There were no drinking glasses at all. Above the bed, we found smashed mosquitoes and dried blood stains on the wall. The iron had a sticky, burnt residue that ruined our clothing. Due to constant humidity and lack of air circulation, even towels wouldn’t dry after a full day—and nylon tights took over 48 hours. We had to reuse damp towels, and no additional ones were available, not even for purchase. Communication: 1/10 After we checked in, the hosts were completely unresponsive. We reached out via WhatsApp, Booking messages, and by phone—no response. Our refrigerator didn’t work, and despite multiple requests for help, we never received any guidance, resulting in all our food and medication going bad. The only communication we received were repeated and aggressive reminders about our exact check-in and check-out times—though we had confirmed both during the booking process. Wi-Fi/Internet: 1/10 The apartment advertised Wi-Fi, but it simply did not work at all. The “Wi-Fi information” was nothing more than a decorative sticker on the door. There was no actual internet access available during our stay. Location: 2/10 Although centrally located, the apartment entrance is directly beside a loud, high-traffic road. The bedroom is separated from the street by a poorly insulated wall. Noise from garbage trucks, ambulances, revving motorcycles, and delivery vans made it impossible to sleep—even with earplugs. This apartment is absolutely unsuitable for light sleepers or anyone needing rest. Comfort: 1/10 The combination of noise, poor air quality, and humidity made our stay uncomfortable. Opening windows or the door let in vehicle exhaust, so we had to sleep in a space filled with stale, humid air. With no working fridge oand no support from the hosts, we felt abandoned.

The location was excellent. This is the only redeeming point about this place. It was in easy walking distance of the Central area across the river. We had a patisserie 2 doors away and a Carrefour Express 2 mins walk the other way. The management company were responsive and sorted out some of our issues.

So much was WRONG at this place, as follows. 1 - We were shocked to find we were on the ground floor with a main one-way road 3 ft from the front door and bedroom window. This was NOT mentioned anywhere in the listing and should have been. The traffic and noise was just too loud for us. All the glass is opaque as it's ground floor so much less natural light. 2 - We walked into a smell of DAMP and MOLD. This is really bad for people's health. Every day we came back and this is what we could smell each time. There's rising damp around the front door and other areas. I took photos. 3 - We were soooo cold in bed on our first night. We couldn't get the aircon unit to heat up. NO INSTRUCTIONS were left in English or any language. Once the maintenance man came out and sorted it out, we were much warmer. Because it's damp and darker than usual, it was colder in this studio than expected. 4 - No one told us where the extra bedding was until we complained. It was inside the bed, under the mattress that could be lifted up. 5 - The memory foam mattress was way too soft and had no mattress protector on it. YUK. Imagine the body fluids that get left behind ... 6 - There was not enough cutlery, plates,and glasses for 2 people. Only a bit here and there. 7 - No instructions for the boiler so we had no shower as no hot water after the first evening until we figured out how to switch it on and keep it on. 8 - The WiFi router was right BY THE BED. This also helped to keep us awake. 9 - It could have been cleaner as hairs and fluff came out of hiding whilst we were there. And no, these were not ours. 10 - We basically had such crappy and interrupted sleep for 4 nights, we we knackered by the time we left. And this was our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip. Some trip. If ALL these items above are sorted out, then it would be a good place for people to stay who don't mind traffic and noise and little light etc.

Das Zimmer war in einem sehr sehr schlechten Zustand - die Wände sind komplett kaputt, genauso wie die Möbel - es war wie auf einer Baustelle! Es ist war nicht sauber und unheimlich laut! Ich bin sofort wieder abgereist und warte nach wie vor (seit 5 Tagen) auf die Rückmeldung von Booking und Rückerstattung der Unterkunft. Ich habe es sofort gemeldet und bislang keine Antwort erhalten. Ich finde es absolut nicht in Ordnung so eine Unterkunft anzubieten.

Smutsiga lakan, dåligt städad. Kylen och frysen fungerade inte så alla våra varor blev dåliga. Extremt fuktigt och kallt på rummet. Gjorde det svårt att sova pga kylan. Kläderna vi tvättade torkade inte heller på grund av det. Inte det man förväntar sig för det priset man betalar. Nära till centrum sen fanns det inte mycket mer bra saker.

l'alloggio era sporco, specialmente pentole, piatti e posate, per non parlare della doccia rotta, la mancanza di un calorifero in bagno (per cui gli asciugamani rimanevano perennemente bagnati inoltre, c'era uno scaldabagno elettrico da 50L, per cui la doccia andava fatta molto velocemente, e soprattutto il secondo si faceva la doccia fredda (a meno che non aspettasse almeno un'ora e mezza per far ricaricare un pochino lo scaldabagno) l'induzione aveva evidenti problemi in quanto ho impiegato mezz'ora solo per far bollire l'acqua per la pasta, e in più c'era una moka per il caffè, assolutamente non adatta all'induzione l'unica cosa che scaldava la stanza era un piccolo condizionatore posizionato dietro le tende, per cui queste andavano sempre tenute aperte, altrimenti continuava a spegnersi perché si creava cappa dietro la tenda stessa l'alloggio infatti era sempre gelido e soprattutto umido per non parlare della posizione, comoda perché molto vicina a Ponte Vecchio, ma l'appartamento era direttamente sulla strada (a piano terra), per cui la sera non si riusciva a dormire per il casino, e non c'erano tapparelle o persiane, ma solo delle tende pesanti (però ovviamente dai lati filtravaa tutta la luce e le 5 del mattino sembravano mezzogiorno il proprietario si era dimenticato il suo mazzo di chiavi nell'appartamento, e siamo dovuti andare noi a riconsegnargliele (in un luogo assolutamente fuori dal giro che noi avevamo preventivato per quel giorno), perché lui non ci è minimamente venuto in contro, nonostante la dimenticanza fosse stata sua ultima cosa, l'appartamento non è assolutamente grande come sembra dalle foto, anzi, per cui per favore smettiamo di usare il grandangolo

Se nota que le hace falta una manita de pintura,paredes esconchadas el suelo al ser poroso no parecía muy limpio,la nevera no funcionaba por suerte no metimos ni bebidas ni alimentos ,y la alcachofa de la ducha salía el agua por todos lados

La ubicación

El departamento no es como es como en la foto. Había olor, muchísima humedad, la cama toda vencida no había utensilios de cocina que funcionen ejemplo los cuchillos no cortaban… la heladera no enfriaba, no había detergente no había buena iluminación en fin no fue lo esperado para Florencia y podría seguir!
