Sardinia: spacious and bright villa with garden a few meters from the sea

We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful house in Sardinia. We were a family of eight, including a three-year-old child, and the house worked very well for us. It was spacious, comfortable and had air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was very nice in the warm weather.The host was very helpful and service-minded. We were met when we arrived, and the host was always quick to reply to our messages and help with anything we needed.The house is a short distance from the beach, and there is a hotel just across the road where you can get good coffee in the morning, as well as pizza and ice cream in the evening. There are also several restaurants nearby.A car is recommended, as some beach are too far to walk to. With a car, the location is very convenient, with easy access to several nice places and towns, and it is also a short drive from Olbia Airport.We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would happily come back!

This property is absolutely fabulous the photos do not do it justice. Sea views from the garden. Very authentic, well appointed, well maintained and a clearly loved home. Even the knives were sharp. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Quiet peaceful location despite being opposite a small local hotel. Lovely friendly restaurant within walking distance. Loved the village, a small store with a deli, the most amazing artisanal ice cream parlour, 2 fabulous pizza restaurants and a local bar. Beautiful smaller beaches within a short drive and local boat trips or hire available. Elisabetta was easily contactable if needed and provided local advice as needed. I would highly recommend this property if you want somewhere that has character and comfort. Would return in a heartbeat. My top tips would be try to speak Italian it goes a long way and also insect repellent is a must those sandflies are tenacious on the beaches. Elisabetta and Camilla were there to greet us and tell us all we needed to know, as well as giving us lots of tips on beaches and restaurants etc to visit. The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It is in a lovely quiet area, but within easy walk of 2 or 3 restaurants and and also very close to several wonderful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay in Monte Petrosu and would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Elisabetta especially for being such a good host, it was so nice to meet you and chat about Rome :)

Very nice and large house with enough space for six people. Beautiful, large garden and terrace with plenty of seating. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything you need for daily use and cooking was provided. Even beach toys.Very friendly contact and smooth handling and organisation. All in all, a really nice place to spend your holiday. Centrally located and very easy to reach by rental car.
