The newly built villa Blu Orizzonte (CIN: IT090092B4000R9653) is located on the first hills of San Teodoro, surrounded by nature and tranquility, but still close to all the main services and the city center which is just a few minutes away by car. A heated swimming pool offers pleasant moments and a fabulous sea view of the beach of "La Cinta" as well as the spectacle of the sunrise from almost every point of the house. Space

This exclusive villa has a private heated swimming pool. This allows it to be used in all seasons. Near the pool is a lovely brick barbecue for joyful moments with friends.

On the covered terrace facing the pool, a large table allows you to eat outside.

The outdoor area is complemented by two convenient private parking spaces.

The interior is spread over two floors and is suitable for families or groups of up to 8 people.
On the first floor we find a large living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee bean machine, etc.

In addition, still on the first floor we find a spacious double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea and a large bathroom with window and double shower.

On the first floor we find two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one double and one twin in which it is possible to add two extra beds.

Both bedrooms have access to a beautiful furnished terrace where you can relax and with open sea views.
