About this villa rental
Recently renovated, spacious and comfortable Villa, 200 meters above sea level, on the hills behind the town of Budoni, which is about 5 minutes away.
Location surrounded by nature, in a panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the sea and the hills. Large panoramic swimming pool and equipped barbecue area, garden and veranda.
Maximum privacy and relaxation, but a stone's throw from all services and some of the most enchanting beaches in the Mediterranean.
Free Wifi, garden with relaxation areas, internal parking and charging station for electric vehicles.
The property is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of flowers and plants, rich in colors and scents, where you will find a swimming pool equipped with tables, deckchairs, a solarium with sunbeds, a spacious barbecue area equipped with gazebo and dining area, outdoor tables open, and a relaxation area with hammock and swing.

Our strategic position guarantees a relaxing holiday, away from confusion and traffic, but just 5 minutes from all the comforts of the city and the sea. Thanks to its proximity to the main roads, it allows you to visit numerous beaches of incredible beauty and different characteristics in just a few minutes, so as to be able to satisfy every need. The Gulf of Orosei to the south, Tavolara and the Costa Smeralda to the north are also easily reachable. It is also possible to set off on foot for a walk along the paths starting directly from the structure and reaching the panoramic areas from which to admire the beautiful Sardinian coast.
Upon reservation it is possible to organize visits and excursions, cruises to the islands and in the Gulf of Orosei, rent bicycles and go on horseback excursions.
Please note that In the property, on the ground floor of the building, there is an independent apartment, inhabited by the owners who take care of the daily cleaning of the swimming pool and all external areas. All outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of Villa Mariposa guests.

We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Great facilities with a number of amazing quiet outdoor spaces. The gardens and pool area are very well looked after and cared for. The rooms and reception areas were very spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

We had a great time at Sarah's villa. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The pool was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we couldn't have asked for anymore with regards to the multiple outdoor areas we had access for. The views from the pool area are divine. It is so peaceful too.The villa itself surpassed our expectations. We stayed as a party of 6 adults and one baby and it was plentiful in size. Clean and well equipped. Was perfect for our stay. One week later and missing sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee. So glad we decided to choose this villa.

This is a gorgeous villa up in a quiet valley with a view down to the sea. The facilities are traditional with some modern touches such as TV, WiFi and dish washer. Sara is a fantastic host, attentive and resposive.
