The living room also features a double sofa bed, bringing the total capacity to 8 guests. The two bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bright living and dining area is perfect for relaxing together. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the credit card registered to the guest (physical card required). The blocked amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release times vary depending on the bank). In case of damages or violations of the house rules, an amount may be retained to cover the costs.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

After booking, the online check-in must be completed (uploading ID documents and a selfie for each guest). Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please use the designated bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
