New Forest Lodges

Beautiful lodge and setting. Loved all the lakes and fields to walk round with my dog. Very peaceful. I arrived half hour before the fires started in the New Forest so was not able to explore the surrounding areas much but this did mean I got more time to just relax and make the most of my hot tub !

The lodge we stayed at was exceptional, very comfortable and well kept. When we arrived, there was freshly bakes bread and cake waiting for us which was lovely!!

The bowls were small and the sofa needed a bit of a hoover underneath but other than that it was perfect!

We loved the thoughtful touches like the bread, milk and cake! We really liked that they had WiFi and Roku on the telly, when we last came (a little while ago now) there wasn't any WiFi. Also we stayed in a different lodge this time. Last time we had the one with the bath in the bedroom which was beautiful and this time we had the one with the double jacuzzi bath in a separate bathroom which was just as luxurious. The whole lodge is well kitted out with everything you need. It has a dishwasher which we don't have at home so that was lovely! It's all very clean, they have an airer which was useful for our swimwear after using the hot tub. I like that they had hand soap, toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and tea/coffee/sugar as most places you've got to remember to bring everything! They've really done a fab job. We love the new forest lodges and would recommend both that we have stayed in and I'm sure all the others are fantastic too. We've already booked another visit. The owners were lovely to chat to and the farm shop was a lovely addition. 100% you should buy the ciders they're the best.
