Its location and proximity to Horton Village Hall. It’s secluded and very well kept gardens and you can pay a visit to the meadow munching alpacas. There are some chickens roaming about too and a large fluffy Alsatian. We didn’t use the hot tub because that wasn’t really the reason we picked the location but it looked inviting. Some unique decorative touches. Log burner/chimney which we also didn’t use. It’s close to west moors which is great too.
Nothing we didn’t like - a few observations we can share about some very minor things which didn’t detract from the over all enjoyment of our stay

The host was very good and gave us lots of tips and stayed in contact right up until our arrival. The property was beautiful and the location was stunning. The hot tub was a really nice touch!
The only negatives I saw is the property could do with some general tlc such as ensuring all lightbulbs were working, and the shower tray didn't drain very well (which I know can happen). But all in all this was a very good 4 star property.

The surroundings were beautiful…extra special with the Alpacas in the field.

Hot tub
Kitchen and lounge area was spacious
No communication helping us with location details, WiFi.
No lights outside or around the hot tub.
There was a power cut.
There wasn’t much privacy around the venue - people can see into the patio space where the hot tub is.
Lots of other buildings around with people coming and going, talking loudly.
I had to call the venue owner twice to help with the WiFi and the power cut.
