Frederico is friendly and always tries to help with every problem. Someone accused us of making noise at times that we weren't even at home. Frederico was very respectful when approaching us about this. The air conditioner works great. Very useful. It's a lovely place with a refreshing mini pool and a beautiful garden. Beautiful building, too. Many bus stops close by. Easy to get to Rome Center and other places you may want/need to go, the ciampino airport inclusive. Overall, you get for what you pay. It is not the fanciest place, but it is indeed a good place to stay if you are a low-maintenance person and you do not plan to stay a lot of time in there. I basically just used it to sleep. Can be easily improved if the owners want to. If you want to have a good time there, then you should book one of the rooms with a door to the pool. The collaborator Josh is fantastic. Very polite and attentive.

The advertisement says that there is a kitchen and wifi but in the first few days there was no wifi and the kitchen is there but Frederico says to don't use it because people haven't been the most respectful there, leaving a mess. So keep that in mind. You can't cook there. (Maybe this will be temporary, so if you really need to cook, check with Frederico first.) You can only make coffee. There is a mini fridge for all the guests, which leaves almost no space for each person. Wifi is super unstable, but you can use it. There were a lot of bugs in the bedroom fluttering. It was summer so I believe that this won't happen if you are going there in the winter season. Dark room with no place to dry our towels properly. The toilet flushes itself in the middle of the night with no one in the bathroom, it makes a loud noise.
