Staying at this apartment was a pure pleasure. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Marine was extremely helpful, and communication with her was excellent. The apartment has reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location is absolutely top, just a 1-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. I highly recommend staying at this apartment to everyone!

The location is RIGHT by St Marks square. Perfect location. Thr accommodation had everything we needed. And the staff were helpful and friendly/ cannot rate this place high enough.

Central location, very clean and coffe with moka in the kitchen!!! Also iron, ironing board, wash machine etc.. very well equipped

We stayed at this property recently with my family of four and, while the location was convenient and the space was clean, I had a few concerns that impacted my overall experience. The bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the apartment cool during the hot weather. It struggled to bring the temperature down, especially during the day and early evening. With a more comfortable mattress and an upgraded AC system, this place could be much more enjoyable. Hopefully these issues are addressed for future guests.

There were two major issues that made our stay less comfortable. First, the air conditioning was not sufficient for the hot weather. The unit struggled to cool the apartment, especially during the warmer parts of the day, which made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Second, the bed was not very comfortable—it felt worn and lacked proper support, which affected my sleep quality throughout the stay.
