The house is large and well located, only a 15-minute walk to the beach. We were traveling with a large group of friends and were able to eat together on the terrace in the mornings and evenings.
The cooking utensils (large pots, pans, etc.) for cooking with several people could have been a little better.

lontananza da supermercati ben forniti
poche pentole
forno e uno dei forni a microonde non utilizzabili perche' molto sporchi
controllare le chiusure delle porte (la porta del bagno sotto si apriva con moltissima difficolta')
le docce andrebbero rese piu' funzionali con chiusure non presenti (quando si fa una doccia si allaga il bagno)

Il patio con il grande tavolo dove tutte le mattine facevamo la nostra colazione 😍😍😍 e dove la sera rientrando dal mare e dopo un tuffo in piscina ci sedevamo a chiaccherare! Mi manca già 😍
Abbiamo trovato lavatrice, lavastoviglie microonde, macchinetta del caffè, tostapane, brocca bollitore, tutte le stoviglie utili per cucinare, asciughino, asciugacapelli..... insomma c'era veramente tutto.. abbiamo gradito tutti (eravamo in 10 persone) l' attenzione anche ai più piccoli particolari! Camere alcune più belle di altre ma tutte confortevoli, bagni un po' datati ma comunque funzionali.
Noi ci torneremmo volentieri! Grazie

Big basic house, with air conditioning in bedrooms. Around 1km to the beach (not 100m as it is advertised). Nice position with access by car to few nice beaches. Few tavernas at 2 nearest beaches (around 1km) and one (verry nice) on the hill, at 1.7km.
As we know, small things makes difference. And it is not best point for this property: air conditioner in living room as not working (or was stopped by owner) and they didn't make anything to put it in working state. Anti moskito covers for the doors were broken in most of the bedrooms. The refrigerator was not made cold to well. They made clean only once per week.
It is advertised to be at 100m from beach but it is not. Also at the time of renting, position was near the beach. When we arrived on that position, owner gave us another position at 1km back. I asked him why was adwertised as on the beach and he said that is "booking.com problem, to ask them" . I asked why he advertised in the main description "100m from beach" and he told me that is not his fault. After few days the pined position was changed but the description remained the same.
